#1: KoolAid: Legit, classic drink been around forever. #2: Hersey's: Legit ,most popular chocolate in the US (I've never had that flavor before but they are always making new flavors) #3: Whatchamacallit: Legit they have been around since the like the 1980's #4: Rocky Road: Legit, You don't see them that often at least where I'm at in the states. #5: Tootsie Roll: Legit, Classic old school candy been around since the 1930's. #6: Charleston Chew: Legit, Classic old school candy. They are great frozen, They come in 3 classic flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry. #7: Lemonheads: Legit, The chewy ones are newer the classic ones are a hard lemon candy with a sugar coating. #8-10: Nerds: Legit Wonka stuff was huge here in the states stuff like Nerds, Shocktarts, Everlasting Gobstoppers. #11: Boston Baked Beans: Legit, Another old school candy they came out in the 1930's #12: Laffy Taffy: Legit Another classic Wonka product. #13: Twlizzers: Legit, Pretty basic red licorice, very light flavor. (Their other flavors are pretty good I love the sour cherry lemonade filled ones) #14: Airheads: Legit. Classic 1980's candy. I loved these as a kid. #15: Warheads: Legit ! Classic iconic sour candy. Sour candy lovers in the states go nuts for these me included. #16: Bubbalicious: Legit, Classic bubblegum brand (They make a bunch of different flavors)
I have never seen Rocky Road or Bubbla whatever. Closest thing I think we have is the Duck Gum (The name voids me).Maybe we are just missing out on something here in the Midwest (Great Lakes area)?
The “bitterness” of the Hershey chocolate your talking about comes from butyric acid. we use in the states for preservation and It’s part of the original recipe that makes Hershey unique to us. However it’s also one of the acids found in our stomachs that we happen to taste when we vomit. This is why many people not used to the american style of chocolate think it tastes like vomit (because it does)
Love this! Brought back such memories of the 80’s and 90’s when I was a little dude. Most of these aren’t very popular anymore compared to Reese’s and Kit Kats etc., although I remember liking most of them. Especially the Nerds! Thanks so much
Just an FYI, most KoolAid that comes in a packet like that requires sugar to be added. Would not be good without it. :) First time commenting, but long time subscriber. Love your vids and fall asleep to them almost every night. Thanks so much!!
Yes! All are legit American candy, although I’ve never seen a rocky road before. But out of everything you tried, I like the watcha ma call it & in my opinion the best Kool-aid flavor is blue raspberry lemonade & the classic cherry flavor ! Best laffy taffy flavor is strawberry 🍓 best Twizzlers are the pull apart cherry ones & the cherry and citrus filled ones. I’ve also seen berry flavored twizzlers that I really want to try. Great vid, Tootsie rolls are my least fav unless they are the mini ones
The sugary candy like nerds, laffy taffy, twizzlers etc are all actually common here but the chocolate bars you tried are pretty random. Tootsie Roll reminded me of being a kid though!
These are legit. You’ll find them at every American grocery store and convenience stores. Also at school and during Halloween, these are the types of candy people give out along with Reese’s pieces, Snickers and tootsie roll lollipops. Candy corn is a Halloween classic but it is the nastiest candy and I’m glad you didn’t have to experience those 😅 there are many cinnamon spicy candies and super sour ones too like Warheads. Those aren’t for everyone but some people genuinely love the kick in them.
Watching you take a warhead brings me back to childhood. In 80's/early 90's there were "Sourballs" in Ohio (basically same as Warhead but tad larger), and one could potentially trick the new kid who thought it was just a gumball. We'd shout "don't spit it out here, or bad luck for a year"
All that candy is popular here except I've never heard of the candy coated peanut brand. Love sour apple laffy taffy. Tootsie rolls are old school. Haven't had kool Aid in years. Usually one packet makes a big pitcher if its too strong for you.

Thank you for that, think that is really helpful :)
@@ASMRwithMarcus No problem.
You need to add sugar to the Kool-aid. The pack is just the flavoring.

Bro said it’s a bit bitter 💀
Ong that had my dyin lol😂

No problem at all :)

I was just about to comment that.😂Also, it needs to be mixed with about 2 liters of water.
Amazing video as always.👍
2 liters!! jheeze no where near that haha
Thanks for the info! Thank you for the nice comment as well :)
Thanks for giving our candy a try! A tiny insight into American culture 😊
Yeah I liked most of them I just say haha
Mixing a Kool-aid packet with a bowl of grapes is one of my favorite snacks (wash the grapes before adding Kool-aid)
That sounds really interesting have to try that :)

I always found Red Vines to be better than Twizzlers. They have this rubbery texture to them that is unappealing. Red Vines are easier to bite into 😅
Thank you for the advice and comment 😊
This was so entertaining😂. Great video❤
I’m glad thank you for watching 😊
when i was growing up in massachuttes my favorite candy was strawberry or chocolate charleston chew or milkyway
Hope you enjoyed our treats! Have a Great Day!
I did! Have a great day :)
I'm glad you like the whatchamacallit! It's my dad's favorite candy :D
Was tasty !!
The sugary candy like nerds, laffy taffy, twizzlers etc are all actually common here but the chocolate bars you tried are pretty random. Tootsie Roll reminded me of being a kid though!
That’s good to know thank you 😊
I gotta say about half of these I have never heard of in my life.
Haha that’s not good 🙈
I think that kool-aid pack is for a whole pitcher 🤣
That’s so funny !! I love how everyone is saying that 🙈 I was very strong
Your videos are the best ahah
Thank you so much ! Means a lot 😊

hhaha i love that such a good idea :) I might have to do that

Those candy peanuts were so odd! haha
when i seen you put the koolaid without sugar i instantly felt bad for you lol
I need to try it with sugar haha
Interesting video, i enjoyed watching the video ☺️✨
I’m glad you did thank you 😊
Kool aid with lemonade 👍
That sounds tasty !!
That kool-aid is for a pitcher of water then add one cup of sugar.
That’s so funny !! No wonder so strong 😂
would love to see a swiss candy tasting 🇨🇭❤️
I will see if I can get some !!
Hey Marcus! Since you live in the uk (im assuming) there should be candy shops that sell all this stuff! ♥
Yeah not to many plus really expensive 😭
Here’s hoping candy from the States meets your expectations! And yes, you need to add sugar to the Kool-Aid packet!
Yeah I did find it was good!! Must be popular Kool-aid
More HARIBO gummy videos please!!
once i saw the warhead 🤣🤣 rip
Jheeze very very sour haha
They should’ve gave you kool aid singles instead of a kool aid packet. You were supposed to add sugar 😂
Haha that’s so funny no wonder it tasted so bitter 😂
Poor guy😂 you need sugar to the Koolaid and way more water lol. Tootsie rolls are always left and never eaten. Unless it is in a tootsie pop
I thought it tasted very strong and bitter hahah I can see why they are left haha
Gotta add sugar to koolaid lol
You’re supposed to add sugar to the water when you make Kool-Aid. That’s why It tasted bitter luv..
I can’t believe I did this !
all legit- the chocolate Twizzlers are better- need add sugar to the Kool-Aid in a pitcher
Thank you !! AmazIng how many people must have kool-aid
add sugar to the look aid next time gang😭😭
I really need too !!
Try putting sugar in the kool aid, that’s why it’s so bitter lol
There’s no sugar my guy 😭😭
