hahahha ...she came after all the work is done! ahahha awesome video....I got one today....MY FIRST TIME even holding a barbadine....Can't wait to publish a video about it.
I made this for the first time today and it came out great because of your tutorial, Thank you again for the wonderful job you're doing with these youtube tutorials....
It is Passiflora quadrangularis.... passion fruit. Giant one.... seen in our area.... kerala... l started my research works in this plant...... many health benefits........ we made some curry with raw fruit....
gosh i was so excited i think i peeled mines too early..skin wasn't falling off the fruit ..i had to peel the membrane off with a knife ..urgh didn't make the punch yet will it still taste good ?
Never had this type of drink before but it looks real tasty! This has nothing to do with the video, but I just happened to notice the gold bracelets you're wearing. When I was younger growing up in Trinidad in the early 70's, I had a pair that looked very similar to yours. Unfortunately, they were stolen by a close relative when I was a teenager. Do you know where I can purchase a pair just like the ones you're wearing? Looking at yours brought back so much childhood memories...
It is yummy! You can buy those bracelets in jewelery shops in Trinidad. Your bracelets must have been the real good gold, you don't get them like that anymore. Check out Anand's Jewelery or Bhagwat's in Chaguanas, whenever you go back home. My mom also had her bracelets stolen, I don't know why people are so cruel.
Taste of Trini Thanks for the info & yes, my mom told me that my bracelets were real gold. Unfortunately, I won't be visiting Trinidad any time soon, but I will give my family who lives there the info to inquire for me. Thanks again!
My uncle gave me a starter branch and I had no idea what it was till after it was growing the fruit . Now seeing your video I know exactly what it is and what to do with it. How does it taste as a blended fruit drink with nothing added? BTW Hello from Bali
Hello! You're my first person to comment from Bali. It's similar to soursop, and it tastes creamy like ice-cream. I like mixing it with the milk, the flavour is amazing!
I haven't had barbadine punch in decades! Already told my hubby to buy one when next he in the market to try this recipe. Ps. I like u family just so they raiding ur food. Lol
Since d other day i get a barbadine and it seems to be taking long to turn ripe and yellow like the one in the video , maybe i better eat it just so before it spoils . The punch looks a bit too sweet for me similar to the gyurl in the video.
Omg i can taste it about now!! It looks soo Good! Is that your Sister and Brother? I really Miss Home!! Keep the Videos Comming it brings back great memories! Thanks for sharing! :)!
Grandma gave you a nice bracelet-appreciate thevideo going and making a punch now - u can put dates for sweetness- organic- stay sugar free- almond milk

I never seen that fruit in my life. Just curious, what does it taste like? Also, when is in season in New York?
I'm not sure they sell it in New York. It's a tropical fruit, it tastes like ice-cream...it's a milder flavor than soursop but very similar
Family to the passion fruit. Same smell. God I love it
