The TP8 on my PC3 is a nice mix between the weighted and unweighted. I personally really like the feel and find that it works well for playing either piano or synth/organ type parts. It is very smooth. If you're primarily a piano player, you probably will want the weighted, 88-keys version. If you play a variety of styles, you will probably be happy with the 76-key version. I've played a Motif XF8 with the weighted, hammer action keyboard, but I have not played a Motif XF6 with the lighter keys.
I agree that the XF8 has a light feel for a weighted hammer action keyboard. Without having them side-by-side to compare, I'm guessing the TP8 will be somewhat lighter. I got used to the TP8 very quickly and really like it now. It's very smooth and doesn't feel cheap if that is your concern. It is definitely more substantial than an unweighted synth-action keyboard.
@DJillogick PC361 Features Keyboard: 61-note lightly-weighted synth action with velocity and aftertouch sensitive keys. (Fatar TP9) PC3LE6 Features Keyboard: 61-note semi-weighted action with velocity and aftertouch sensitive keys. (Fatar TP8) The Fatar TP8 is the same keyboard used in the 76-key PC3. (I have a PC3 and really like the semi-weighted feel.) The synth-action in the PC361 is going to feel quite a bit lighter than the PC3LE6.
Maybe some1 knows is there a huge difference between Kurz PC3 61 and PC3 LE6? Are they using the same sound engines, what about sound editing options? Which one has better hammond?
