God i LOVE your use of objects and how you cut them into the emotional clips and make them part of the journey (a thing this show does so well and you've highlighted that! the pen! the snow!) uhhh the necklace dropping and splitting in half after anne turns round to see gilbert with winifred? the POETRY THE LOOKS!!! ALL THE LOOKS!!!! UMMM THE 'anyway' SCENES AND THE USE OF THEM??? I AM DEAD!!! AND HOW YOU DID GILBERT'S 'ANYWAY' AT THE SAME TIME AS THE SONGS "ANYMORE" HOW DARE YOU!!!! god that cut at 1:25 from gilbert running to anne running is so FLAWLESS UGH UMMM ANNE SAYING ANYMORE AT THE SAME TIME AS THE LYRIC WHAAAAATTTTTT OK the editing where the music picks up?? the bottle spinning intercutting them spinning and their feelings spinning?? actual fucking ART the parallel of anne coming down the stairs to meet gilbert with gilbert opening the door for her on the first day??? im actually so emotional ugh ok and then the shots of them on their own after??? i get it I GET IT also the shot of anne smiling at 2:10 is SO beautiful my god especially because you just see her smile ugh that angst filled sequence with the quieter music with their uncertainty of not just the others feelings but their own feelings??? art! OK!!!! THE WAY YOU USED THE VOICEOVER OF GILBERT READING THE LETTER OUT AND THE WAY YOU BUILT UP THE TENSION AND THE HEART EYES IN THAT??? I AM SPEECHLESS!!! THE TENSION!!! THE ANGST!!! THE DUMBASSERY!! ITS ALL SO BEAUTIFUL!! and all the quotes about them and by them as well its just !!! i have no words for what that part makes me feel like legit i don't, and ending on THAT shot where he has his moment of clarity and that part of the letter? actual goddamn art. As i said to you already, many times, i was so so excited for this video and you did not disappoint in any way, in fact you exceeded my already high expectations. Your skills in editing are already something Im so in awe of and wish I had even a pinch of it but also am so grateful that you actually do all these edits and allow mere mortals to witness your art. I love that you can do these 'fast edits' and yet contain all these emotions, its a talent that very few possess. This is one of the more original edits of Shirbert. Usually all the iconic shirbert scenes are overused in youtube videos, but here they are cut and alternated with rarer images in such a way that feel fresh and convey the mood excellently
I 100% agree this is different from other ones I’ve seen and while they’re still good I love how this uses quotes that aren’t usually used in them and just the whole way this is done is so good and creative!

I always have nothing but love for every creation of yours and adore them all dearly, even if i have no clue about the material to begin with. But as i said before, i love exploring characters and stories through your editing, it's always exciting and such a joy. This one is definitely a special one though. There was quite an up and down, emotionally, with these two here and also the video. But you pulled through and i'm so proud and happy that you did cause this turned out more than beautiful. After listening to it a few times, I had to slow it down to take in each and every extremely clever detail.The knocking at 2:35 is just so amazing, how you join Gilbert's knocking to Anne's in time with the music too!!! The bottle bits are so clever because it's like them choosing each other. There are so many amazing details/mirroring. HOW are there 6 dislikes?!?! Like what?!?! There are too many things I love about this edit, so I can't mention them all. I am definitely going to watch this for hours and at least once a day. I can't stop listening on repeat. WOW! sighs, So amazingly well done. 1:55 is amazing, and the whole bit from 2:04 to 2:11 is amazingly clever. I love all that blinking!!!! from 2:48 onwards! Love it :) I love how it goes black at the end when Gilbert says "you". It's just the whole thing, it's fantastic!
