Agree, NE Oklahoma is nice and green, lakes and rolling hills. Tulsa is definitely on the up with breweries and culture. We have neighbors who moved form CA and the Seattle area to live a better life, they’re conservative and fit right in.
Did you do it like all those rich conservatives who move from a Dem city in a blue state to a Dem city in the red state because there’s few red cities where rich conservatives would can get the type of entertainment rich people like?
Are there any affordable places left in Florida to raise a family? I mean housing in Fort Lauderdale, West Palm beach, Naples aren’t for the middle class, right?
West Palm Beach is hella ghetto trash. If you can not even afford to live in West Palm Beach than you are very deep below the poverty line not middle class. Palm Beach is where the affluent live not West Palm Beach. Palm Beach is where Donald Trump lives. Donald Trump would never live in hood ass West Palm Beach.

Someone trying to be rich or work middle-class lifestyle would be a fool to move to Florida economically. How does the math pan out? Patrick is already rich therefore it doesn’t matter to him. However, I would say he’s probably going to have problems recruiting talent soon, the same, kind of problems California does, when your costs are out of control so much so that it ruins the quality of life people will think twice before accepting a job offer. That’s just the nature of how it is in the modern economy. Florida Is gaining that infamous reputation for being a place to not buy a house did you unlivable costs. Patrick doesn’t care now, I bet he will care very much in about 5 to 10 years if nothing changes. Just how I see it. It doesn’t matter how much money you have, if your employees and talent say I’m bowing out due to the cost of living.
Fortunately, Texas is trending red now and the growth is red among both younger youth and transplants. Aging millenials are often liberal, but many of those are changing their minds or moving out or don't hold that opinion too strongly to not be your friend.
We moved to Florida from Texas and let me tell you if you don't make 100k or more you going to be struggling financially but bad . And this is in all South Florida if you move to Tampa 90k and if you move to central Florida around 80k to 75k . School are more expensive food is more expensive gasoline oi is more expensive and even daycare costs are higher. And didn't even think you can rent or buy a house without flooring insurance and let me tell you most of them they only cover 10%. The state is absolutely gorgeous but and definitely more safe than Texas, but extremely expensive also.
Excellent point on the "Free Thinkers" in the crypto community. We may fall on different sides in our countries two-party political system but our wants/needs are still close enough to push for effective polices.
That's exactly why the elites push the 2 party system so people don't realize that they actually agree a lot more than what CNN and Fox News keep pushing. Simple, people don't rise against the elites while they are bickering about unimportant issues. People argue if giving people 2k is a good idea or not while Wall Street gets 5 trillion dollars! Blows my mind.
Why would you go through the trouble of moving just to go to another state in the same country? There are better options around the world within the same / less distance that are infinately better, not just marginally better, If youre going to commit to a move - Do a real move!
Why would you raise kids in South Florida? Texas is so much better. Surprising that Adam was more skeptical in that South Florida is built for single people. My biggest issue with Florida is the hood and the nice areas are too mixed because of the geography. I lived for a year in Ft Lauderdale at its shocking how bad it can get in a block or two. Also I encountered some really aggressive homeless people in downtown, especially on the river walk. PS California sucks the most.
@@mikebird5148 Tampa and Orlando are okay but South Florida is terrible. I think the Hill country is the most beautiful landscape in either states too. I was born & raised there for 27 yrs.. until I moved to central southeastern KY for a few years for my parents.. it's nice up here & the price of living isnt much diff and not being mean or rude.. but FR FR many of the locals & even the county officials, admin & Law enforcement Etc.. are just DUMB bruh.. like it's a running joke now with us & several others we've met that moved here.. smh it's sad though when you really think about it 🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
Agree, NE Oklahoma is nice and green, lakes and rolling hills. Tulsa is definitely on the up with breweries and culture. We have neighbors who moved form CA and the Seattle area to live a better life, they’re conservative and fit right in.
We moved to Florida 3 weeks ago 😁🌴
Pray no Hurricane hit you bro
Did you do it like all those rich conservatives who move from a Dem city in a blue state to a Dem city in the red state because there’s few red cities where rich conservatives would can get the type of entertainment rich people like?
How is it?
Good move.
Definitely good points 👌 👏
Are there any affordable places left in Florida to raise a family? I mean housing in Fort Lauderdale, West Palm beach, Naples aren’t for the middle class, right?
West Palm Beach is hella ghetto trash. If you can not even afford to live in West Palm Beach than you are very deep below the poverty line not middle class. Palm Beach is where the affluent live not West Palm Beach. Palm Beach is where Donald Trump lives. Donald Trump would never live in hood ass West Palm Beach.
FL and TX are insane right now with getting so many new people. I would look into other states.
@@Robot50000 going inland in the cities I mentioned or another city altogether like Orlando? I guess it may help avoid floods on the bright side:)
@@BattousaiZ Nah Orlando's screwed too, maybe try Deltona or Sanford or something
LMAO I moved from Addison TX to Huntington Beach in 2015, I love the beach and have never looked back
I really want to move to Florida, however, the two red flags that are heck no, is The out of control and insurance market combined with the cost of living. My cost would be so much higher moving to Florida just for car insurance homeowners insurance, then living in a blue state on the West Coast like Oregon or even California to some extent the cost is so out of control it makes Florida unlivable and unless you are already very, very rich. no thanks. At any rate, why would I want to pay that kind of money and not know if the insurance cost is going to go up by factor of 10X in 10 years or less. Inflation standpoint of cost of living it makes Florida worse than New York by a factor of 100.
I live in Addison. It is pretty Great 👍
lol it's run down
Fortunately, Texas is trending red now and the growth is red among both younger youth and transplants. Aging millenials are often liberal, but many of those are changing their minds or moving out or don't hold that opinion too strongly to not be your friend.
Anybody know why I see Florida license plates on a regular basis in utah?
Housing market has gone crazy and prices are ridiculously high... across the board. That’s a possible reason.
Lost.😮
GREAT ONE ,, SADAF TEA BAG IN THE BACKGROUND .. LOLL LOVE IT ...YOU CAN TELL HE LOVE HIE CHAIE...
I'm interested in moving to Texas but it won't be Austin for sure.
Texas cost of living is much cheaper than south FL
Not anymore😂
Florida may be leaning red right now, but those 3 counties, palm beach, Broward and Dade in south florida are ALL BLUE.
That’s because it’s not real Florida. That’s liberal refugee fake Florida
I miss the Texas I grew up with.
We moved to Florida from Texas and let me tell you if you don't make 100k or more you going to be struggling financially but bad . And this is in all South Florida if you move to Tampa 90k and if you move to central Florida around 80k to 75k .
School are more expensive food is more expensive gasoline
oi is more expensive and
even daycare
costs are higher. And didn't
even think you can rent or buy a house without flooring insurance and let me tell you most of them they only cover 10%.
I'm a Floridian. Lived in Tx for 3 years. Texas ain't it.
Why not?did u end up moving back to fl?
Why would you raise kids in South Florida? Texas is so much better. Surprising that Adam was more skeptical in that South Florida is built for single people. My biggest issue with Florida is the hood and the nice areas are too mixed because of the geography. I lived for a year in Ft Lauderdale at its shocking how bad it can get in a block or two. Also I encountered some really aggressive homeless people in downtown, especially on the river walk.
PS California sucks the most.
Florida definitely better than Texas, both awesome states but it's not even close .
@@mikebird5148 Tampa and Orlando are okay but South Florida is terrible. I think the Hill country is the most beautiful landscape in either states too. Beaches are better in Florida but Texas has pretty good beaches too. Most of Floridas boom is old people who are empty nesters. I get it for that demo. But if your normal 20-30 something that wants to be in a good job market and have kids, Texas everyday. PBD even has his major business HQd in North Texas because unless your super rich or in media or sell weird supplements or service said rich people directly, Texas again.
@@RickJ04040 South Florida I agree with you, but I'm in absolute love with Tampa, born and raised here, great place to raise a family and get a great job. But south of Sarasota is where I'm not a huge fan of this great state.....to expensive! Cheers mate!
@@mikebird5148 yea, Tampa really impressed me when I visited.
@@RickJ04040 Ya, if I didn't have a decent job or a good rent situation I might have to consider moving to TX from Orlando, but tbh TX has never been for me. I want to move to FL from Coppell because I'm also a water person but the job market keeps me fully planted in DFW with the recession coming.
best beaches are in Cali
I left Coppell a couple of months ago but I’m in Vegas now lol
Did you end up moving to Florida?

The fact that their office was once in Addison for the last few years and I never got to meet Adam and Patrick is such an "L" in my life.
They were merely 1-2% of the population, in 10 years they became 5%. In 20 more years, they grew into 10%+.
I'm talking about the number of lefthanded people from 1910-1940.
Do you think people got recruited in the lefthanded camp? Or is it just that the world stopped punishing left handed people for being lefthanded, so that they started feeling comfortable enough to live a lefthanded life?
Would Trump run for Governor of Florida? And DeSantis run for President
Here's what i heard:
1) I like the water
2) I run from people who think differently than i do
PBD for GOV🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Lived in Texas, BC, Quebec and FL when it comes to North America. Texas is by far comes out on top.
Also all these Joe rogan types people have moved from California to Austin Texas which is basically the same place.
The worse part is that people Joe rogan are only converting Texas into California 2.0.
Curious, why do you prefer Tx to Florida and which city do you like the most?
Amit Kadaam, based off your name you're indian so you should be grateful for California-type liberals for letting you in this country otherwise in good ol' 1950s america your type weren't here.
I really didn't understand that move, you met as well stay in CA because Austin is a lefty dumpster and those people want TX to become a s@@@hole like CA.
@@adamb4932 Not true.
Iran is a very interesting country.
The part Pat's family is from is seemingly humid.
But I was doing some research and the top of the country seems freezing cold!
I disagree with Pat that Texas will be liberal very soon. Texas is 2/3 Latino, and data/polls have been showing we’re shifting parties and voting Republican.
Florida is also very Latino with similar political movements
with recent crypto selloff.... lol, many people will lose jobs in Miami for sure. Love DeSantis but Texas all the way!
Could've swore I seen Pat refereeing the game last night.
They talk about Texas like it’s Austin. Go outside of the major cities and it’s nothing like that
That’s the problem. Some of us don’t want to go outside major cities to bumfuck nowhere to find a great place to live. They didn’t trash Texas.

Patrick reminds me of the type of person who rest in and enjoys the progress of America made under the Civil Rights umbrella but he knows his crowd/audience and so he portrays himself to be one of them. I'll let the Klan tell him different. You can't have it both ways.
