Bios communication error with pch can also be a problem .so resistance on BIOS pins check.(clk,DO,DI) both in put and output of resistors which can block communication for both bios,pch.
may be LPC and PCI track is damage. Sir lenovo T430 men IO (THINK ENGINE) ki pin num 76 sy 25 volt aaty hen battery charging k 1 mofet k gate ko enable karny liye, agar yeh 25 volt IO nahi nikal rahi to mosfet drain to source jumper kar sakty hen bajye IO replace, koi problem to nahi. I have done this and laptop charging properly.
