From their website: Two countertop materials are recommended to be used with Invisacook: Ultra-compact porcelain material that is 12mm thick brands such as (Magnifica, Sapienstone, Infinity Surfaces, Lapitec, Laminam, Neolith etc….). We recommend porcelain for best results. Granite, the all-natural stone, that needs to be milled to 1.5cm in the area of the cooktop. We recommend porcelain for best results. Some other ultra compact surfaces and natural stones such as quartzite that is heat resistant can work case by case but are not recommended due to possible fragile nature of the stone or uneven heat distribution. *Popular man made quartz countertops or natural marble countertops are not supported. Dekton does not warranty Invisacook.

Thank you for posting! Are you still enjoying it 6 months later? Have you had any issues regarding durability?
Can one use Le Creuset or other Dutch ovens with the invisicook?
How do you know where to place the pans? Would you end up with the pan in the wrong place?
you can place stickers that come with it, or it has a beeping feature that lets you know when no pot is on it
What types of countertop materials work with it? Marble? Soapstone?
