It's important to note that while I am your guide in this course, I am not the originator of this information. The insights we will explore have been brought to light by the great Guru, Patrick Devine. I am so new to all this, I have only been informed as of about 3 months to this concept, yet: this is so valid in my mind because BEING PRIVATE means NOT REGISTERING to "them". Rule 1 read the laws.
Only use "gurus" and people monetizing their shit to conceptualize strategy.
Patrick devine constantly stated READ. Anyone posting videos is not out of the game.
2 rule. Do not send out any documents that another wrote without understanding every single word in the document. You will commit fraud, or say confess wrongly to a crime that didnt happen if you dont understand what piece on the chess board you are and you control and which piece is being interacted with.
You have to follow simple principles. Staying in honor and good faith for example. This guy told you to pick a random address your foriegn trust is connected to. Is that staying in honor are you committing fraud by signing a document you know to be false? There is a game to play. Figure out why these people are still posting videos and not "free" you'll be closer than they are. Actually learn banking, commercial law, taxation, do business with these entities do not act like these people are your enemy.

@@CreditorAcademyDone. I have a Q. The seal about the NonUcc-1 seal, I have a seal with the bankers ein but it also says Foreign Grantors Trust, in god we trust, do I need to create a new one that says individual banker EIN#?

In this video about the Bounty Hunter at around 1:32:00 the question was asked about notifying the local authorities of how you are operating. i had the same question the first time i listened to this video. i am seeing that this is all private so we don't have to give them notice. My question is "What if the Fugitive that has caused actual harm is a local Policy enforcer"? It seems the ones causing the most harm are our public servants. Is there something to put on record first of the harm done so they won't blow you off when you ask for help?
On the video Paul mentions how [ We The People ] are the [ True Enforcers ] in the [ Republic ] which [ Supersedes ] "Fake Public Enforcers" who are operating illegally.
[ We The People ] must put them in check showing them who's in charge by not making a complaint but going after the "Surety Bonds" as the [ True Enforcers ] in the [ Republic ] Article 4 § 2 [ Bounty Hunter ].
In Patrick's calls, he refers to standing in Admiratity vs Republic

Okay now I've been doing this for 4 years but I haven't done anything until this this past month where I finally wrote coupons to pay for the statements but how do you renounce your citizenship do you use the w a b e n substitute I think the substitute makes you the private Banker you can get the EIN number it's been a while I said just go start at the beginning cuz I got to get all that done yet and get my Ein.

Makes sense they want you to sign an affidavit of consent of surety sf 28.. whereas we only do the sf 1414 consent of surety for our person.. they need our consent to be the surety and we own and our individual banker controls the accounts receivable and payable... receivable would be tge performance bond
And the sf 30 directs the amount and instructions of the draw off account or liquidate and deposit to either estate ein for pmts fgt ein for liquidation... yes?

Unable to complete online - the error I recd:"The executor, administrator, or the personal representative of this estate cannot be the same as the decedent's name and SSN/ITIN. I hope I did it right for my individual Banker Ein. I put it under tax exempt, it wasn't a choice to pick for an individual Banker Ein it's said sole proprietorship I'm almost to that so I just did an EIN on your tax exempt and put on his bank private bank and I put that I needed the Ein to transfer my financial assets around private assets around. So they gave me a number but I don't have a certificate or anything just the paper confirming I filled out the application and they gave me one. Is it supposed to be a specific certificate that says individual Bank around it?
Okay I'm working on getting 56 and UCC 1 done I guess do you still need a 56? Is that why they're not getting any credits from my coupons that I've been sending them they've been avoiding me and ignoring me and when I called they said they never got it and I said well I have the receipt here a certified mailing receipt that you received it on June 3rd and I got a receipt for back saying it was all set one time payment and I even hung around the wall and then now you're telling me I still owe that and everybody's ready to shut me off my electric water and it's in Internet. I even wrote the letter to the CEO and sent it to them actually I didn't send it to the company and sent it to the CEO personally. Am I supposed to send a copy of it to the treasury or the irs?

That's strange because Patrick said don't go with the United States Postal Service go with the postal office and do registry registered mail not certified. So you're saying certified cuz you can't get a signature through registered mail

I have what seems to be a potential red flag and a serious issue. Filling out these official corporate government documents that can carry immense power to either party it stands to reason all efforts could be cause of prison time by willfully and knowingly lying about the foreign address. If the corporate for profit government is considered foreign to the Republic or to the private, using the Republic form of address as the "Rural Route" could be the foriegn, non domestic address. If someone simply picks a random address in a non hague country and those in power don't want to play ball due to a fraudulent claim if they decided to verify the address then it seems they could in turn file warrants on several forms of fraud. Maybe I'm thinking too much in to it but if it's our rights as beneficiaries of the Republic, fraud has been committed on their end and its within our Republic law we have standing in the matter why in the world should we have to lie about anything and risk being held captive? Everything sounds great and within our rights as rightful owners and only legimate form of authority except that one small but potentially catastrophic choice. Am I the only one?
The second thing is being your own private bank with all needed numbers where are credits/payment for the checking and savings being sent to and housed? A public commercial bank?

@CreditorAcademy that would be great. I've been listening to PD for a little while off and on and thumbing through endless documents to be 100% on my row of ducks. The only address I've come across he has used has been Iowan. That's not to say I haven't missed one. He's great to listen to. His passion to educate people gets his voice near to screaming at some people but not out of anger.
Patrick explains the foreign address issue in one of his videos. I believe he uses his Iowa address as foreign because it is not part of D.C.

I know for a fact I think way to much into things but the address and what to put is definitely a main thing to me because I'm in th e middle of moving and want to do it right the first time and setting up a new mailbox / getting into the private and its holding me up on the private bank part too, I haven't come across the right remedy that makes sense to me and also isn't making it up ya know?
