This is not a straight forward metric to be written or explain over the chat. It might be measured in form of either cost effective testing or cost of quality. For Cost of Quality - it can be measured as following
Cost of Quality (COQ) = Cost of Control + Cost of Failure of Control
where
Cost of Control = Prevention Cost + Appraisal Cost &
Cost of Failure of Control = Internal Failure Cost + External Failure Cost.

Thank you very much! Could you please say why we are talking about test summary report in the section of monitoring if it belongs to test completion phase?
Okay, its just getting accommodated here.
The reason is - We generally talk about reports as a part of monitoring and control. Monitoring and Control is not a one time activity it happens right from planning till test closure. So, its throughout the lifecycle. I think there was no need to create a separate chapter to talk about reports. Therefore, the TSR are created at the end where monitoring does reach.

Hello Neeraj sir. I am preparing for an ISTQB foundation level exam which is due on 11th Feb. I have gone through the syllabus and sample papers on their website. Is there anything else where i can practise some more.....any other sample questions? Because the scenario is if I am doing again those sample papers I already knew the answers. Thanks

@@ajaymane1105 Not exactly the same but it has a more detailed explanation on each topic. It contains the information you should know which can not be covered in 5-10 min of video.
One more query please, which option do you think is correct ? Answer given is C , but i think it should be B.
