I see you performed the same modification on the Daystate red wolf. Id be interested to see a video on that as well. I am not near any dive shops and seeing your video, I am curious about bringing a few bottles to the range as opposed to trying to find someone to fill a large bottle to fill my gun. Great videos. What a nice little mod - the silver of the valve also matches the shroud, so wouldn't look out of place left like that. I'm with you though - I think all blck is the way to go :-)

I recently rebuilt my regulator on my M3 the second regulator I put new 0rings you know everything polished the Bellville washer and I put everything back together it's shooting perfect just like it was before but I can't hear the plenum fill when I take a shot is that normal and there is no creep or anything I just can't hear the plenum fill like it did before did I do something wrong I'm just asking I kinda like to hear the plenum fill maybe you have an answer or any one else thanks 😊

I did the same on my Vulcan 3 In that rifle there are still a downside, and this is loosing all the air in th rather large plenum pipe, so to combat that i have filled that pipe up with CF pipes so now the loss of air in front of the regulator are only 1/4 of what it was ( .177 set up with the small plenum as thats all it need ) You could also get ( well i assume you can ) the fitting the bottle screw onto with a valve so all the air behind it are not lost, BUT ! if you are going for the regulator you will have to dump all that air anyway. Someone should make a outside adjustable regulator + pressure gauge as seen on the new kalibergun sprinbok, i would buy that in a heartbeat as a outside regulator and a gauge for regulated pressure are not there on the stock Vulcan 3

Why the OEM bottle wasn't fitted with a sealing valve in the first place beats the hell out of me. ALL my buddy bottle rifles are fitted with sealing valves. The manufacturer dropped the ball on this one.

The manufacturer could easily have made it that way. They just chose not to presumably to keep costs down but it was a silly move.

No not the FX one i don't think but Airmaks are making the bottle adaptors now i believe

yes the de-pinger we made reduces the plenum size as well better for sub 12

yes the valve works if you remove the bottle the gun will empty bit the bottle stays full
