I took a wrong turn leaving the Strat in a Lambo Huracan Spyder rental at night and was directly in the hood..Top down and all..I took a tour of the back alleys..People hanging outside was looking at me and my son like we was out of our minds..Fun times
Good review! I just saw this, but I stayed at the Strat in a normal room a few weeks ago and booked this Boulevard Suite for the end of the year for a convention I'm attending. It definitely looks really good for the price point!

Right I like to be able to walk to places. Next stop is Fremont even there you can walk to wherever you want to go in Downtown. I think the Strat s like being on an island. Lol

Love the rooms. Great dining options. I really like the casino itself and the mall area. It feels high end now compared to how awful it was before. The north end has gotten dramatically better in the last couple years. I love how vegas is constantly upgrading itself and keeping up and can’t wait to see all the developments finish on the north

@@bodyloverz30 at this current moment it’s best to avoid walking on the street if you go past circus circus during the night I agree with you… BUT I promise you after Fountaine blue opens and they start construction on Jackie Robinson’s stadium I’m confident it will change. Also they are redeveloping the whole area around Sahara so it will change if this damn economy can let it lol

I stayed in a budget room in 2016. It was surprisingly decent considering it was around $50 a night including resort fees. My room was easily nicer than some hotels I have stayed in and paid almost double what I paid per night. The suite actually looks like a huge upgrade over the room I stayed in, but I can guarantee it cost more than $50 a night.
The Strat is fine, the area it's in is not.

Howdy Ho Mr James ! Ok so this room was decent but to be honest I have a less than zero desire to stay at the Strat . It’s so far north on the strip you might as well be in Canada lol . I did wonder what the rooms were like so good to know . Hope you didn’t get a bad back with that bed 😎😎😎

Cool room overview. I don't know if I'd stay or not, something like Bally's seems like a better value at the same price. However I might still visit the Strat just because the Casino Quest guys really like the place.
Nice room. Even before the remodel, their suites all had marble floors and were a bargain.
I stayed in their standard rooms a few times prior to the remodel while taking advantage of free room offers. They were always decent, but on the small side.
The Strat was always generous with free room offers, and new management is indeed trying to get players in the door. An hour of slot play by my wife and me was enough to generate offers for two free nights, so for low rollers, it's still a good value.
Sahara is where I would like comped rooms!
STRAT for the price is good. 100% better than any Motel.
Good Suite prices. I stayed in the tower suite. I think it's better than the boulevard suite. Tower suite has the large roman tub. Great for couples or even three. lol
How much is this a night, I’d probably stick with the Cosmopolitan or try Venetian & Encore for the first time

Why are there towels in the water closet? Seems kind of weird to me since there is no sink or shower in there.
Wipe up any splash damage if you miss or have to pray to the porcelain god.
That is the most expensive room at the Strat? It is only $120/night plus fees and tax midweek in May. It seems comparable to Bally's executive suite at about the same price.
My favorite hotel. I spent my 21st here so I have nostalgic vibe
The strat has come a long way. The remodel did it well.
I love the strat the location is perfect in my opinion cheap Uber’s to Fremont and to the center strip the sky pod has the best view in all of Vegas the casino was recently renovated and fun to play at but they could add a restaurant or two for sure the ones there now aren’t the best
We have stayed there twice after the remodel. Good budget option for short stays.

I like the oversized mini-fridge, but that bed kills any notion of staying here, especially being the nicest suite!

This may be the most expensive suite, but I think the second best one, the (Tower Suite) or the Grand Classic is the best.
You should book the Duplex Suite at Circus-Circus and have dinner at THE Circus-Circus Steakhouse.
Hi Coolist ! Love the videos we have decided to go to majestic Elegance in punts Cana !! Just wondering do you book through calling the resort or online ? and when prices go down do you call to cancel and reschedule also does having a down deposit on the room make canceling for a better price harder ?
I just book online and cancel with the click of a button. Your deposit is refunded in the next few business days as long as you cancel before the deadline, which is usually just 1-3 days before arrival.

No never - really bad experience in November 2021- could hear everything from the room next door- even though it was renovated awful finishing already damages- could not pay for the fees in cash -require full payment on arrival- worse property ever.
For the most expensive room, it really doesn’t look like much. The view is sad. I wouldn’t pay more than $100 per night there. Is that really where they put high rollers? Lol

Do not stay here! It’s dirty, smells like used socks in the hallways, the staff is rude and never answer the phone. I regret paying to stay here for 4 days 😩
They did all that work making that suite nice and they ruin it by not having the tub be a jetted jacuzzi tub. 😑
looks pretty meh in my opinion...hopefully not more than 300$
