In between, there are very less people who encourages to learn Chinese rather, most of them writes, why you are wrtiting in English and not in Chinese. By the way, I speak four languages but I never think my self superior or better than anyone. However, hopefully, I could able to write well in Chinese sometime soon...

@@谷歌皮皮 虽然过去一年多了，但我还是想说一句～在新加坡、马来西亚或印尼，有很多本地华人都会说会听华语但不会写甚至不认识中文，这是很正常的事情，同时大多数都会说英语、华语、马来语，粤语或闽南语、客家话等等。

说什么企业文化，大部分小破公司甚至一些很有规模的大公司就是赚钱就完了，没有企业文化，如果非要说有的话那就是，赚钱第一位，没有底线去执行。。
第二位求职者比很多自我的求职者要好很多，挺积极乐观的，也没有不切实际。栗总太喜欢占自认为的道德制高点。

其实这种岗位需求量是很大的，原因是这种人才既要有前端开发的能力还要有跟人打交道的情商。搞IT也就只会搞技术，情商高的都去做销售卖地去了，所以这种行业如今处在一个很尴尬的位置。这么说吧，这种行业要的更多的是做IT的人，不过我见过很多搞IT的人，逻辑思维，数理化牛逼，但很少有跟人有打交道的能力，更可以说是要有种天赋。虽然说数据库，爬虫都要学，知道一些就行了，有的地方给你自由空间的，是可以设计出来找外包，你提供整体架构和思路。最重要的是精通的软件越多，在简历上也是更吸引人的。因为你可以拿每完成的一个项目来说话，面试有说服力。不像搞会计的，天天就是敲算盘，你咋跟人家证明？搞HR的就是跟人瞎扯淡的岗位，很难有说服力。
