Came out amazing! With the printing specifically, you could definitely get away with using light supports, the key is to just place more of them. Heavy = Less+more scarring, Light = more+less scarring. It also helps to take the supports off before doing the post cure. If they are especially stubborn or are still scarring, use some hot water, and they'll peel right off. Keep up the great work! Love your stuff.
This is a perfect example of 3d printing toys. With some help from a seamstress maybe you could make doll toys like Woody and Jessie from scratch, but for now it is still awesome just to see how to make a full plastic toy from scratch.
Apollo to the rescue! Really nice results, and congrats on getting an awesome new printer. Her lips looked so much better with that little touch-up, crazy how the little details can stick out the most. I thought her skin colour turned out great, I've always thought they look quite orange, especially next to Slinky.
yeah there's so many things I touched up off camera and that was the only one I filmed for a few seconds before putting my face in and add that one dot of paint to make it perfect. Well, i guess that's my cue to repaint slinky haha. I should really revisit him soon! he's currently dismantled into parts as his head fell off (':
It's soooo unfair how toy companies don't make these movie accurate toys, and that some custom makers are selling these movie accurate for 1000 of dollars which not everyone can afford. Anyway verrryyy epic videoo man! You're such a good toy maker!
Man I wish a company could produce them like this. I would pay above average price for just a little accuracy. Hell, I even have the Stinky Pete from kop, so I’d pay way above average!
Wonderful! I'm not sure if you have this one in your repertoire, but I would absolutely love to see you tackle Rex. Thinkway's version is okay, but the color is off, and the head is all one piece (the jaw is stuck in one place). Great video, as always!
Truely love your vidoes, you are so entertaining! If you do any little "B" characters, The shark the says "I'm woody howdy howdy howdy" is my favorite, him and Lenny (the binoculars)
Would it not be better if you print the main potato shells horizontally? That way all the supports are on the inside and you can avoid the sanding and texture loss.
yay! mrs. potato head has arrived! i always love watching your videos. it always inspires me to one day try out a 3d printer a friend and i learned of a place that loans items kinda like library books and one of the items they loan out is a 3d printer. which is cool i plan to make a figurine of my favorite anime character with it when we decide to try it out.
@@zedabyu Ahh its all good. I'll try to dig around and see if I can find anything. Most of the small magnets I got weren't that strong. I'll keep lookin
Good job👍 Your figures looks good, much better than other toy companies, you should make your own toy company, i will surely buy your toys if that happens.
A trick I found for removing supports without leaving artifacts behind, after you pull your prints out of the isopropyl alcohol you need to rinse the off anyway, rinse and soak them in HOT water for a minute or two and the supports pretty much just fall off. Then cure prints without the supports attached. I 3d print action figure accessories for a living and this is what I do. I also pretty much only use light supports but it should work with medium?
haha it would probably be too much of a hassle to reproduce those fragile eyebrows so i kinda get it from the production stand point, but yea, shameeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
She's sooooo useful right?!? I am actually looking for a corded version because the batteries get used up so quickly! but it's like triple the price though...
I love your toy story videos was wondering if you would ever try your hand at making a stinky Pete/prospector it would be really cool! You already did Jessie and multiple Woody's would really like to see him also Trixie would be really cool!
I just started getting into 3d printing, I got my first 3d printer and can't wait to learn how to make things like this with add on pieces! I love the magnet idea! Do you just glue on a little magnet onto the face area so the eyebrows can attach? If so, are the magnets visible on the face area? I was wondering if there's a way to conceal the magnets. Awesome work! I had to instantly subscribe 😁
Can you make sculpture, Mr. potato head’s, and Mrs. potato head around stores in the whole earth 🌍 please I don’t want it to be expensive so I come by this movie accurate version
Hello, Zedabyu ! I have one question. Can you help me to make a screen accurate Mr. potato head? I have a 3D printer so I’m just asking if you could help me with just the functional model figure. Sorry for bothering! And thanks if you read this comment!
I wonder if there are any copyright issues in doing things like this, making copies of sold products, i guess your not selling them so it wouldn't be an issue, well done nonetheless, doesnt look like Diarreia at all, great work dude :)

Amazing! The difference between the official one and yours is absolutely baffling
Hahaha playskool was lazy!
it was extremely lazy , in fact separated eyes is easier than attached eyes

She turned out great!
She looks absolutely awesome !! 🤩 Your level of accuracy to the toys from the movies is astounding !! 🥰 Keep up the good work !!
This is the best Mrs potato head I’ve ever seen
Incredible work as always. It's uncanny how much these spuds look like the movie models
Just incredible! Unsurprisingly so, seeing as it’s a you that’s made her!
aw hahaha you are too nice
Oh the peg mishap would have had me giving up, so glad you pushed through it came out great!
apollo to the rescue!
great build! I feel ya on the sanding front DX. Only thing that I thought was missing was a special pair of arms for her and Mr. holding hands.
I noticed the music is from Pokémon also keep up the good work 6:23
Yes, Pokemon makes nice music
Mr and mrs potato head completed! Gread job!
It is incredible ,despite how easy it seems at first glance, you put a lot of effort into the details ! Great job!
I can honestly say this is an amazing mrs potato head I can’t wait to see more videos from you in the future
Looks like the real deal from the movie!
they look incredible! id love to see a full tour of your prints!!!!!

Mrs. Potato Head looks beautiful again!
We want the prospector!!!!! Stinky pete!!!! Please... We send you a hug from México!!!!!
Such an amazing job. I love it!
Disney should make a entire collection of Toy Story characters with more accurate designs like this
the potato texture is so present, i love ittttt
Man I wish a company could produce them like this. I would pay above average price for just a little accuracy. Hell, I even have the Stinky Pete from kop, so I’d pay way above average!

I think using the shop Disney Rex head mold and repainting him fully could work
Is the color really off? I could try repainting.
The head yea but I am still trying to figure out how to articulate it. Any ideas?
Is the Disney Rex's head articulated?
@@zedabyu yes he is articulated it moves 360 and the jaw moves
@Zedabyu Creations I think the color just needs to be darkened a bit and/or muted.
Thank you so much after a while of asking/begging it’s finally here I couldn’t be happy for a Toy Story video
i enjoyed it but it took 2 weeks and i don't even remember half of what happened lol it went past so quickly
How do u make them looks so accurate that’s amzing
amazing video. you can remove the supports before curing and they will come out easier and cleaner.
Truely love your vidoes, you are so entertaining! If you do any little "B" characters, The shark the says "I'm woody howdy howdy howdy" is my favorite, him and Lenny (the binoculars)
Would it not be better if you print the main potato shells horizontally? That way all the supports are on the inside and you can avoid the sanding and texture loss.
the stepping lines would be in front of the face instead of above on the head which I could just hide under the hat
I waited a lot for this video Congratulations on making such an accurate figure
The end result looks great!
Oh beautiful my friend! You are an artist doing 3D/sculpting.
thank youuuu
I try my best but there's still so much I wanna do
Nice to see you back!
Awesome result as usual!
I can't wait for Toy Story 5 and now I will look forward to your movie accurate figures!

This looks fantastic! Glad you’re back for good!
Thank you! For good I don't know but I'll be making more stuff for sure
Wooooow❤❤❤❤ Is perfect 🙌
Yay you made her purse 👛
I hope you are back for good, mrs potato head never looked so good.
6:28 - What is this little, red sander? I think it would save me time with my own projects.

This is great! She came out so good!!!
What Magnets are you using for the Eyebrows??? I've been looking for tiny powerful magnets like that for a few projects now 😮
hmm im not sure, sorry. i got them by accident as i didn't check the size and they have been there for the longest time until mr potato
Look for neodymium magnets.
@@zedabyu Ahh its all good. I'll try to dig around and see if I can find anything. Most of the small magnets I got weren't that strong. I'll keep lookin
I hope, Hasbro would be impressed with your work.
Mrs Potato Head looks wonderful
Nice dude. But you could try making kirby stuff. The desiegns are all simple
These need to be prototypes for a thinkway/playskool showcase on how it should be done
Glad your back man! I missed u so much 💯💪
Good job👍 Your figures looks good, much better than other toy companies, you should make your own toy company, i will surely buy your toys if that happens.

zedabyu let's goooo
amazing work!! keep going
It's always impressive seeing the 3D scanning and reverse-engineering of figure parts and, in this case, *entire toys.* :D
Nice job man. Keep up the good work.

I'm so glad I watched one of your vids on my trip to Japan last month, it made me pick up a Sandy, too!
She's sooooo useful right?!?
I am actually looking for a corded version because the batteries get used up so quickly! but it's like triple the price though...
@@zedabyu Oof...! ... Buy another one and have it charging while you use Sandy #1?
you are a genius, your videos give me so much satisfaction, keep doing this kind of content please

PLEASE do Bullseye next! I'd love to see that
Great work!

Hey ! Great work I have been wondering since you shown it but where did you get that mini sander from 😊
I got it from amazon.sg but I checked and it's not available internationally.
Mr.Polisher Pro from Mr Hobby, maybe you can find it elsewhere!
