Question: this pas de bourrée is kinda jumping instead of on the ground or with pique... what's the name of this variation?

Thank you for your comment and question. I learned this beginning from my teacher Renato Paroni. He called it tombé-coupé, chassé.
If you take it apart, it's tombé-coupé, a scissor jump, and a chassé.
