Im hoping this brings the beast mode out in Eli, but either way idc. Its just good to see ET3 out there racing, hes just being smart and working his way back to beast mode.
He has many years before he can be the legend that Eli Tomac will forever be.

The riders are all pretty fast this year only jet can slice them apart. But slippery surfaces like round 6 are not jetts favorite
@@IHIuddygive the guy a break. He just got back on a bike 8 weeks before the start of the season. After a real serious injury. Despite that he has two P-2s a P4 and a win in the last moto of the triple crown. I think Eli is the only rider that could pull that off. Give it some time. There is a reason he only had one serious injury in 15 years of this sport. Last years injury was from nothing he did wrong.
@@FastEddy301 yeah it was only 9 months ago that his foot was disconnected from his leg. I think Tomac has done a great job overall so far when you look at his recent problems.

I think he was showing Tomac respect by saying what he did. Tomac is 31 and so far this year he is not riding on quite the same level that he was in 22' or 23'. Jett ran Tomac down, passed him, and slowly pulled away from Tomac. He could have been cocky or bragged with some kind of "I straight up beat Eli Tomac" comment, but he knows himself how old Tomac is, Tomac was not riding for several months last year, and that this is not at all the best version of Tomac. I think he was aknowleging that and showing Tomac respect. Yes Jett has said some cocky shit and gotten too full of himself lately, but i think El Hombre brought him down a few notches and he will be a little more careful about what he says/does..
For all intents and purposes Kenny and Anderson are the same age as Eli so it has nothing to do with age.
Eli only got back on a sx track 8 weeks before the start of the season. I don't think any other rider could pull off what he has pulled off so far this year. Give it some time.

Eli is intelligently working his way back after a difficult surgery, he probably lost some physical strengths and likely deals with some soreness, stiffness and some mental awareness of possibly reinjuring his leg. slowly but surely he is returning to Eli beastly Tomac and i truly believe the race winner Eli will emerge before its too late to fight for this championship. When Eli is comfortable on his bike nobody has his speed and its not gone he will return. Jett will eventually get to see some Eli magic.
There is no doubt that Jett is going to be an amazing rider, and he will do great things in the sport. But everything in me hopes that he gets taught a lesson in respect before this season is over. This isn't outdoors and its close quarters combat. With that said, someone has to be close to him to do it. But until he gets his starts figured out, that door is always open.

I like Jett, and he is an amazing rider, however, show some respect Sir. I agree social media is messing up a lot of this for him, but Tomac would never have talked smack about Carmichael or Stewart. It's a fine line and he's young, I want to allow him some grace, but his pr team needs to reel it in as well!
Jett wasn’t meaning to say anything negative about Eli. The facts have to be faced ladies and gentlemen. Jett is right. Eli is not performing the same level of beast mode that he did from all the yesteryears. And it sucks because Eli has been one of if not my favorite rider for years now. But here is the thing if he never wins another race again.., oh well. The man has won everything there is to win. He has rode at the highest level for how many years now? Goes to show you just because physically you feel you can still ride at the top level. As you get older your brain may be able to keep you from being able to stay competitive

Let me say this I’ve seen this before! Eli after total dominance in 2015 he goes out season ending injury! Comes back 2016 and he’s not totally in form all year he starts winning a couple end of the season! 2017 he wins 8 races and because of one dnf that year he loses the ship! He dominated outdoors that season!
My point is year back after an injury it will take him time to get back in form but when he does the beast comes out!!! I’ve seen it before!

He’s been off the bike for almost a year, and they all been racing for most of the races it’s not like he’s been getting smoked except for one race!! He’s now has 3 kids so he’s definitely

I though he was very respectful of Tomac..... It is true Tomac isn't the beast he once was but like he said "it is Tomac" and that says it all really. Like Jett says it's good to sit behind a legend and learn but at the same time you don't want to sit there and be in awe of the legend. I thought he handled the situation on track perfectly.

@jette24 There is no "every race". Tomac is past is prime. I am a Tomac fan. Jett's style/craft on the bike is unmatched....IMHO.
@jette24 And if JS7 RC4 CR22 were still racing at there prime, they'd probably smash everyone too...... The past is the past but the past isn't the reality of today. No one is saying Tomac is past it or should retire it was just a very respectful comment, yeah I caught him I learnt from him, I past him, I rode away there all facts. Is Tomac the same guy as 4 years ago nope he's 31 and like Jett said "it is still Tomac" and he knows that the beast mode could show up at any stage.
