if you like Caesar drinks (almost like a spicy bloody mary - yanks), add the juice from this and a few pieces of the pineapple.

Where do you get your Scotch Bonnet peppers, I can't get any, love this recipe.
try Asian supermarkets...
The closest thing to scotch bonnets are habaneros, so sub those if you can't get the real thing!
where would you get the salt prunes?
try online or at Asian and West Indian supermarkets
If you can't locate the salted prunes, then li hing mui powder or even chamoy will give the same flavors.
