You’ve come a long way indeed with your presentations. Used to get quite annoyed with your early ones. You have persisted and indeed do some amazing work. Keep it going buddy!
I had made this same thing using nrf module, that's also to good to use. They are very much cheaper then kora modules, and also work upto 1 km on 2.4 GHz signal...
Yes, the LoRa of transmitter to more height is better on certain cases, I have a Heltec LoRa between 60 meter to 70 meter of height, and my other device is a distance to 2km and communication is good, I can send and receive data bidirectional . Sorry my Ingles is not good but I trying to express
Is meshtastic limited to line of sight? There are a couple of tall hills where I live. LoRa opperates in the 400 to 900Mhz range of frequencies. Not good in hilly countryside. I think one would have to set up a couple of autonomous nodes (solar powered) to overcome these hindrances. Like a UHF or VHF radio (ham or GMRS) I don't think these devices would do much good if one were hiking in some remote area.
I'm guessing in order to have them relat messages from other devices in a mesh, you have to first link all the devices? Ie: surely it wont use a random persons device to help with the mesh...
Unfortunately such projects are pretty much useless because of huge import duties and shipping charges. It is also a real hassle (for a individual, not a company) to get the product from customs clutches once it arrives.
Customs doesn't care about these and they're using off-the-shelf radio hardware like a Semtech SX1262 so it's cool with the FCC anyway. If you're really worried about ordering, get one off of Etsy from a US-based shipper.
If this module can use only upto 1km, then it's totally useless, when it's price is arround 58doller i notices... Use an Arduino nano, hc-05 Bluetooth module and a nrf24l-01 pa+lan module and you can get same result with under 700 rs per system... I had done this. Sir please work on nrf modules & make videos on it. It's a preety good module for electronic uses...
I wish thisnsystem could be "open" for any arriving users, e.g. inland in a new city and become immediately able to mesh into the existing local lora/meshstatic network. But unfortunately as inunderstand the networks created are private and require sort an invite to allow new users in?
@@PaciniHenrique Hi, no, it is open. If you don't change the default Channel 0 setting, all others with this setting can join your mesh with their position data. Here in Europe, we use LongFast with 868Mhz default. This setting has to be the same in your location.
Am having issue with blynk that it doesn't connect to router's wifi but connects easily with phone hotspot... Need urgent solution, searched it online but didnt get any solution!!
Hot Stuff! Who knows for what Lora can be good in the Future, think about the Energycrisis in Germany for Example. If you do that Video you have told would be fine. Thx till now. Your Channel is great
@@techiesms You asked the Viewers at the End if you should make another Video for that Echodevice where u can show more from it, may be I didnt understand it exactly, can be too.
Sir please make a video on how to control 8 relays which are connected with NodeMCU by using MIT app inventor I really need it and thank you so much for sharing your IOT project with us Love from Pakistan
To be honest there is no practical application of this device it's a garbage , why will anyone use LoRa instead of Smartphone , Walkie talkie , SOS? please work on solving real life problems that are necessary to be solved.

Great video! You definitely need to publish more videos about this device! You just touched the surface

Nice to hear! Can you share some details or maybe even a video? This would be very informative/educational!

Great video. Can't wait to try mine out when they arrive.
Great video!! Question: Can the GPS tracking be disabled/turned off?
Thanks!
Please make video on nrf24l-01 modules... They are so good modules to use with Arduino. You had not tried it till now...
would love to see a lora tracking system with an app (flutter or something else )

Great video Sir. Thank you
Great breakdown. Thanks!
It can form a mesh network.
Your message can get passed from one receiver to another.
If you have enough receivers it can form a network.
YES
please make video for upi base water vending machine.
you forgot to show a detailled view about the LORA configuration (Lora channel nr, frequency override, etc)
off course make a separate video about Meshtastic, y not! 😊😊
Which lora band is allowed in India in this video you mentioned as 433mhz but in website it mentioned as 868mhz which frequency is allowed to india
868mhz
Thanks for this video, interesting!
What Is the range difference espnow vs lora?
ESPNOW range is same as that of wifi 100-150 m
and LoRa is totally different technology
@@techiesms will you please make a video how to make transmitter and reciever based on lora or similar module to control projects like drone

Indeed, really awesome!
Hey man! Make a video with this project, but with communication by voice. Please!!!
It can be used in vehicle tracking and finding system.
thank you for your valuable information .
Help to track children. How long the battery run in GPS mod?

I agree.
May be I will try to make the same project using ESP32 and LoRa Module

Any suggestions??

Yeah - 1km is useless
@@Gerald-iz7mv it's not bad, but comparing to the price, it's not good
It does a LOT more than 1km.
In a city with buildings, sure only 1km.
@@edwardfletcher7790 but comparing it's price with combining price of a cheap Chinese copy Arduino board & an nrf module, it's not really worth it
this should do around 200 mls in site.
would love a follow up on the meshtastic app!
Nice vid. Thanks. :)
Hi, please make more content about meshtastic - we have a big mesh in Europe/Austria in the city of Salzburg with 30 Nodes linked. Greetings!

Hello sir please make iot base sunflower solar tracking system (solar panel open and close like sunflower)
Folks need to get to (what does it do) and (who is it for) and (what we will do/cover) early in the presentation
nRF modules are very low power consumption electronic controllers ever.. need more videos on Nordic Semiconductor products😑
Suggest some products based on Nordic
we need voice communication not text communication
👏 👏 👏
👍👍👍
3am squad here! ❤
It is possible to communicate with voice just through the lora devices alone.
Okay indians let me explain........
for 20k this is bulshit thing
Very cringe dialect

You missed the point of lora. Lora is long range digital communication that does not rely on other radios.
he's Indian and knows Abbr. right
