Yikes… Christians worshipping publicly & fake worship music

- From public worship to anti-Christian worship music, I am going on a quick rant today! Too many Christian content creators are jumping on the public worship trend and it just isn’t right.
Worship music shouldn’t be for people, it should be for Jesus. However, a lot of Christian music isn’t for Jesus right now.
Let me know what artists you feel the Holy Spirit approving in the comments below. Obviously, it’s about pleasing God!

Very good video great job!! Most church is commercialized and religion has gone down a far right hand path its as far away from the center as the left hand path. Staying seperate is the only way to let the holy spirit lead us holy. One of my weakness now is trying to seperate from worldly music.. In terms of worship music I usually just use hymns instrumental or meditation nature music. Your awesome thank you for being real!
Yes, im born again and have been trying to find new Christian worship music and have been noticing the sounds are too close to secular music and i feel uncomfortable listening to it. And you made a great point-- you know the artist has been led by the Spirit when you can feel the presence of Jesus in the music.
Wonderful video. A lot of the songs seem so manufactured. I still listen to them from time to time though. I loved the part of the video about being in private.

Miss Lexy, where does that leave church? We are called to fellowship and worship corporately together. Now I do agree that spiritual discipline does require quiet alone time with God. And our worship should be about God, not about us, we are not there to be entertained. And I have been to my share of Christian concerts where you cant help bit worship. I am more introspective about my faith nowadays, but any way we can reach people is by music amd real worship centered on Jesus and what He has done for us. Just my thoughts, dear Lexy. You make some good poimys, just thought id give you my thoughts. I really respect you and always love your videos and channel. Big hugs and keep showing Jesus like you do. 😊❤
Church invites us to all worship together - the motive isn’t to show off because we’re all doing it together. Totally agree with you on that! This video was mostly about content creators worshipping for the sake of creating content and not for the sake of actually worshipping Jesus. 🩷 and yes I think Christian concerts are good as long as the music is being sung for Jesus, not entertainment. I agree, public worship feels disingenuous.
Another thing is when Christian channels pray long convoluted prayers before they get to the point of the video.
If that's my video I'll have been in prayer beforehand concerning the topic not waste other believers time as if my video was so important. 🙄
Yes!! I pray a lot before to make sure what I say in my videos is God-approved. I think I would only pray on camera if it made sense to, but I can’t imagine a scenario where that would happen. 🩷
