I have gone through entire process of preparation,no doubt it's hygienics. I can not restrain myself to taste the so delicious Dhaba food. Saliva is se creating from my salivary gland for this food. I must taste it in an opportune time. Thank for this informative video.

I wished that restaurants and Streetfood sellers would introduce this here in Germany where I live as well - demanding a fee for leaving food on the plates. It's so terrible to see how many people leave a lot of food on their plates 😢. If it is too much they can take the rest with them. We always let pack the leftovers, if there are some, for home, even the ends of pizza 😊. Next day we make a simple but yummy meal from it
