Therefore its absolutely no impact on locals. Malaysia is one of only 4 countries in asia pacific that allowed foreigners ro own space and land. The others are aus, new zealand and sri lanka.
thank you for sharing too, at Penang Mainland it is RM 500,000 onward for condo, due to a few changes in the past few years also because of Covid-19, actually most of the agents , or at least me , i also can't remember what's the latest requirement, but the old and most safest is we tell RM 1m for condo in Penang Island, during Covid-19 time, it went down to RM 750k, the adjusted again, so it's really confusing / many changes for us, most of my cases still locals or at least those higher than RM 1m , so i didn't update / remember them

100万以上的公寓对于买不起的本地人没影响,毕竟100万以下还有很多选择,买的起100万以上公寓的本地人应该是投资居多自然希望多些外国人进来,槟岛我不清楚,但是像吉隆坡市区或新山市区公寓入住率都极低,大多数拿来做airbnb或出租,本地人可以选大部分还是比较喜欢住有地房产的。
如果是新山100万以上可以买有地房产,新山公寓过剩就别考虑了,新山100万左右的有地房产我个人觉得还是有升值机会的

@@traveller50 槟岛毕竟地少跌应该不会回报率就难说,至于吉隆坡市中心买来做airbnb不错入住率蛮高,而且吉隆坡市中心能用的土地也不多了,100万在市中心买间差不多的房都会过这个价对外国人不吃亏

第二家园可以在不同地区申请,砂拉越和沙巴的门槛还是就规矩,还是容易申请的。不管在哪里申请,都可以到任何地方住,没有限制。
申请沙巴,也可以住槟城?这个好像有一点tricky
目前东马砂朥越SMM2H最划算,沙巴SBH-MM2H和MM2H新政有待落实。 罗卜哥切记别太冲动,稍等另外两个落实后再做比较。只依赖旅游签而非二家签证来买房是很头疼的一件事,可能随时被海关找麻烦。

SMM2H持有人是可以在大马任何角落定居的,但必须在砂住满据说是至少30天

所以就一直改,从原先改到1年必须要有14 或15天必须在 sarawak沙捞越 , 到1个月,又引起不少的投诉,所以又改了,最后改成怎么样也不懂,确实需要一个专业的MM2H agent

听说年尾会有新的西馬MM2H门槛的改进与公布,我建议等一等吧。如果要移居槟城的话,我认为最好还是申请西馬的MM2H,因为沙巴与砂劳越的SMM2H都存在着不确定的因素,尤其是申请SMM2H但却住在西馬的槟城,如果一旦SMM2H有什么更改或限制的话,可能会两头不到岸,到底这些签证都是为了各自州属的利益而定,如果得益的是它州,会有什么样的後果呢,就不得而知了。
持着中国护照,只能入境大马30天,但虽说是30天,最好呆至25天就出境,至少7天或更久後再入境大马,不过能够逗留多久就得看大马的移民局了,不过最好搞一次出境入境就好,第二次就可能有风险了,可能会进入黑名单,被扣留问话,数年内都不能入境大马了。在大马逗留,听说所有国家的人都一样最多180天,不过必需要先经过申请与批准,必须要有很好的理由,至于是什么理由,我不知道,最好是问多几个高品质的MM2H中介,不过有时就是怕他们隐瞒,因为曾经有人中过招。这個逗留天数的限定,不好乱玩,必需跟足,不然容易被扣留黑房与问话。
在马来西亚买了房产或产业,不会帮助MM2H的申请与批准。有人买了房产,以为可以帮助MM2H的申请和批准,最终失败,弄得满头烟。
