All of these trolls hide behind their anonymity. So brave when they're hiding, less so if they were held responsible for posting their toxicity. Take away the anonymity and then see what happens It's the likes of X and others such as RUclips that allow this anonymity, provides more income which is their key driver. Agree wholeheartedly Urbanmeister! My brother has armed me with a tactic for handling the situation when it arrives. "Thank. Noted" will show the indifference I feel for the commentator superbly . I think we all could do with a big brother in the background to give us advice on how we can fight our battles! 😌 Much love Imi x
Here in the States we have a phrase that we learn as young children and carry with us all the rest of our lives. This is the phrase, "Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me." Consider the source. Keep in mind, you have an instant tool - it's the delete key. Not worth your time, those folks. Consider this ... if you let them get to you, they've won. We never let them win. Never. You keep smiling and doing what you're doing.

Thank you for reminding me of it...sometimes we need to be reminded of profoundly sensible sayings that have their roots in solid ground. You are a kind soul darling, and I certainly will keep keep the advice you have reminded me of....I will also remember I have the delete key. I once read somewhere, and I can't remember where, that no one can make you feel anything unless you give them permission. That resonated too and I have often repeated to others who are going through a tough time. You know, there is a benefit to aging that is so often overlooked. We have a life time of experiences to call upon and how we have dealt with them, successfully or not, that we can share. I have always been a rich person. Not wealthy, but rich in experiences and that has helped form the person that I have grown into. Thank you for taking the time and making the effort to comment. Having ladies comment on my videos is so completely uplifting I cannot begin to tell you of the absolute thril it gives me when I see someone has sent me a message! I don't buy many clothes Margaret as I tend to buy a couple of bits every so often but not regularly. However! I do go food shopping and I have watched other ladies go through their shopping bags and make a video of what they have purchased. I will give it a go this week. Wish I liked ironing Imi I find it a real drag and leave it as long as possible, then of course there is a pile of it. I just watched your car vlog and mentioned I’m worried about you maybe being trolled. Not watched Caroline’s vlog yet, will check it out and offer support. Wish trolls could be named and shamed, wouldn’t be so keen then. X❤
Thank you so much Alison, I find it quite difficult to gauge whether or not I sound rather boring or not. So it is uplifting to get your feedback.
