I've been fly fishing for 32 years. Took my first salt water trip last summer to Belize and caught a tarpon on day one. Agree, it's the best fish ever! Tarpon are God's gift to fly fishing. Thanks for sharing this awesome an inspirational video!
I live in Naples, FL. I loved the back country fishing here and Marco Island as well but Islamorada always felt like home. I love flats fishing for Tarpon but especially bonefish. Hope to move there soon and meet legends like Rob and other old timers.
And for someone like me how spent so many years on the Boat, Rob your Taking me back to the 10,000,000 Islands, Goodlands, Marco Island, Flamingo back in a 50s,60, and mid 70s. Fishing with my Dad, but I never had the chance, to learn how to Fly Fish. Rob, your a gift of knowledge, your Snook video made me tear up . Stay safe out there Brother, see you on the Boat.
