    There are many types of millionaires and billionaires. The market is big enough for all brands. The Chinese brands would be great for government officials, thus prices matter. If they offer models above Lexus or Mercedes at the same price, they might give them a headache. Don't count Chinese brands out. Chinese artists are notorious in arts and crafts design and fabrication. This is just the beginning of a new Era.

      God came as Jesus Christ to suffer and die on the cross so we can all be saved and have eternal life in peace and happiness. We just have to put all our faith for salvation in Him and repent, and then we are saved. Repent means turning away from all sin and feeling sorrow for it. Please put your faith in Christ alone and be saved and have eternal life😊

      @@giltee626 You are not wrong in saying that they are notorious for copying. True that China was a sleepy country in the last century. We all would start by copying from others, then improving, and finally innovating. In the last 50 years, china has copied, in the last 20 years China has improved, and from now on, China will innovate. China will reach the same level and eventually surpass the level of innovation in most fields. They are the best problem solvers. For example, the math olympiad is for young people to solve difficult problems, and only the smartest would have a chance to compete. Since China entered the competition, it hung in there and took the lead (top 3) steadily. In the last 5 consecutive years, the China team has been dominated by the team and individual members (#1). Of course, it is just an indicator but a positive one. Never underestimate your opponent. If you don't pay attention, it can swallow you.

  • @Danderman888
    @Danderman888 Год назад +25

    Luxury originally meant something that is so well made, because of the skills, care, time and effort that one puts into it, that it could command an extremely big price tax, although not necessarily so.
    I wonder when the price tag started to supersede quality and craftsmanship?
    One such glaring example, although very niche, was the badges given to chronometers based on accuracy in the watch industry. As competition got tougher and more 'outsiders' started commanding the top spots, more rules were introduced, which eventually changed the landscape from one of superlative quality to one that was based more on high price tags and 'club membership'.
    The RR badge used to represent quality hand craftsmanship, but today, it is expected that a name and past glories alone should define the status of a marque.

    They are super sleek looking, but I know deep down inside they are chinese garbage like everything on the road these days, plastic and electronics...

    Chinese quality, and luxury for that matter, remains to be seen... Even so, Rolls Royce may have priced themselves into second place or worse. It is a fact though, improving on that which already exist, usually can, and does happen.

    That names Honke (Honky) sucks in America 🇺🇸, they need to change it for the International customers, like GM in U.S. is Opel in Europe. Ford in England & USA is Merkur in Germany. This I believe will help this brand expand much faster with a Classy Rename for Export.

    Without Bentley Rolls Jaguar to lead the way I doubt this imitation could ever exist. If I had 2 million to spend on a car I would buy a Rolls Royce. The Chines equivalent would have to be priced at $200K to compete. Think about it, if I bought it at $200K I would be driving the poverty pack edition advertising to the world I cannot afford a 2 million dollar Rolls Royce. But I can afford the 2 million dollar Rolls Royce and there in lies the problem - OPTICS. It is always about the OPTICS. China should stick to making cheap utilitarian vehicles, the peasants like them. Let the wealthy show their status.
