- Hey guys! Quite a few of you were asking me to share a video of what I would usually eat in a day.. to be honest it varies a lot as I usually eat what/when I want, also there isn't so much 'routine' in my life as me and Philipp are travelling so much. This is what a typical day would look like for me food wise when I'm cooking for myself at home in Switzerland. Carob looks like a long flat brown bean! It’s a fruit that grows on trees and has no caffeine in it unlike cacao. I find it to taste malty :) would love to see a supermarket haul in Switzerland! I’m Swiss too (but living in london..it’s like we have switched lives haha) so I’d love to see your vegan and product recommendations there!
