Easy Mode is something I made up myself. The only way you can play it is if you use mods to start with the same items I started with (all mods used are linked in the description). Q: How did you have the materials and gold needed to buy the tractor on the first day? A: I edited the tractor mod file to set the cost of the tractor to zero gold, along with not requiring any materials to build it. Q: What mod did you use to change the portraits/sprites of the villagers? A: Seasonal Outfits - Slightly Cuter Aesthetic. There's also a version of this mod made for the Stardew Valley Expanded villagers. I'll link that one in the description too in case anybody is interested. Q: What mod did you use to change the colour of the game? A: Vibrant Pastoral Recolor. I like the vibes this recolor gives off. Q: How did you use the tractor in the mines? A: If you press the backspace key, the tractor teleports to you. It's basically the same as using the horse flute to make your horse teleport to you. I personally have found the best luck with the seed maker using high quality whatever I'm making on lucky days. Even on unlucky days I tend to get more seeds from higher quality items.
I think luck doesn’t effect seed makers, neither do crop qualities, so I prefer to add a mod that adds a small multiplier of seeds with higher qualities.

This was a great watch! It was very calming and fun to watch, and the jokes made me laugh. If you haven't already, or put it on your radar, you should do a fully modded playthrough. There are tons of great mods out there that add more content or quality of life adds to the game. Would love to see what you think of other content mods like Ridgeside Village and East Scarp.
I'll definitely make either a "1 Year of Ridgeside Village" video or a full series on it in the future. East Scarp looks really cool too, if both mods can be used at the same time then I'll try to make a series with both of them. How in the heck do you start the tractor mod? I have it installed but it's not displaying. Is it compatible with 1.5.6 Does robin need to build the garage first?
The easiest way to start with it is to set the amount of materials you need to build it to zero, and make it so it costs zero gold to build. You can do this in the config file in the tractor mod folder. You should also be able to press the backspace key to have the tractor show up, even without the garage 🙏
Could someone explain the speed setting for tractors in the config please? The default is -2, do you increase it to make it faster, or decrease it? For example, -2 is default, would you make it -4 to make it two times faster, or make it 0 to make it two times faster?
Hey when you are making a other 100 days don’t bother with the Ancient fruit rather the star fruit Selling prices for Ancient fruit on Inriam (the Purple Ore/Ingot) - 4620 Star fruit on the same Rarity - 6,300 So please fill your greenhouse with Star fruit not Ancient Fruit
I'll definitely keep this in mind for the Stardew Expanded series I'm doing. I think it was around day 190 in this series that I realised Starfruit wine sells for a lot more than Ancient Fruit wine so I wasted so much time with the ancient fruit 😅

-2 is slower. 0 would be two times faster. Try using 2 to see the difference.
