One of the main reasons why I subscribe to your channel is because you show women with various body shapes wearing similar outfits. I have followed a lot of your suggestions on building a timeless wardrobe capsule. Thank you for your creativity and efforts. Love from NYC!
You look so amazing in skirts and dresses that come to your knee because you have fabulous legs and you need to show them off! I still think that you look best in skinny jeans! This was really good… I’m always so grateful for your videos!
I hate linen, always looking rumpled 15 min after pressing and wearing. For me that look never stays fresh, unkempt when worn. Love things that keep a pressed look and much easier to wear. Love the items you showcased today Gemma. I live in a hot sweaty climate and appreciate all your options. 😀
I've missed you and your videos Gemma! I hope you're well! This was great as I always look forward to your ideas and how to put things together! I was pleased to see that I have some of these pieces in my closet and can recreate them!! Take care!
I love all these looks, you’re the best stylist ever! As for pleated skirts, they’re always IN in my opinion. I notice many brand images of the wider trousers and shorts aren’t ironed with the front/back crease, but I think ironing the crease in always gives a flattering vertical line. Plus, it makes them flare out more back-to-front, rather than side to-side, visually slimming the silhouette. It’s just as easy as ironing them flat and looks more polished, it reduces puckering along the seams and just makes them hang better.
LOVE YOU, Love your CHANNEL and STYLE!!!! You are my genie in a bottle because as soon as I have a style question, YOU answer it with your next video. Thank you and THANK YOU in ADVANCE, LOL.
I really look forward to your videos Gemma! Classic styling that fits and flatters is what makes one look chic and elegant, not just wearing something because it is in style or worn by everyone else. Going to go watch your spring dress video!
morning Gemma, love a wrap dress. not a fan of pleated skirts, my Mum once ironed all the pleats from my Chelsea Girl one in the 70's 😂 Great blazer too The two tone chanel shoes are a fave too enjoy your Sunday xx
More great looks. I finally found a camel blazer in a cool tone, so this is my go-to this Spring. The first time you showed the clip of the Duchess of Cambridge in the beige blazer and blue trousers, I thought it was you! Hoping to find some Chanel-style shoes in M&S when I'm finally home in London next week! I'm having a packing crisis at the moment, and just hope you will reassure me that it's OK for an older woman (75) to wear jeans with a blazer when out and around - the fear of mutton dressed as lamb comes to mind, although I live in jeans in Massachusetts!
@FF: I'm seventy five and consider my style as 'classic' and do wear jeans. Have four pairs in dark as well as light blue plus white and a black pair and they are often my go-to in which a blazer from tailored to oversized (sometimes described as a 'boyfriend' cut) is often chosen as an overlay. That said; IMHO being selective in your accessories also assists to complete a polished look when wearing them. Wishing you a safe 'n fun trip!
Glad to see you back, I was afraid you had been flattened by COVID, as many people in the UK have been this spring. I have cool coloring, so camel isn’t great on me, it has too much yellow in it. I prefer the cooler taupe shades and it’s been a good year to stock up on items in that color, it isn’t always available. For several years, the warmer beiges dominated fashion.
I hadn't worn linen trousers for years until I got some last summer, I now remember why I gave them up, they look so scruffy after I've sat in the car in them. I dont mind a bit of creasing but the wrinkles on them were so bad it looked like I'd got them back out of the wash basket 😫. I shall continue to wear my linen shirts though, they fare slightly better.
Hi Gemma, Your videos are so helpful. There were so many beautiful outfits in this video. I think you really show your viewers how they can dress so chic and stunning. What was the name of the video where you showed travel outfits on a plane because I'm flying for my grandson's high school graduation? Maybe you can do a video on clothes to take when one is staying in someone's home for a few days and want to take a carry on only.
I have some linen pants and I love them. But no matter how much they are starched, they wrinkle so much after sitting down just for a few minutes. Are there any tips for avoiding linen wrinkling (except not sitting down) 😂?
I think it’s better not to starch them, just use plain water or spray sizing. The slightly softer finish makes the wear wrinkles less noticeable. It also really helps to make sure they are thoroughly dry before wearing, so I don’t iron mine right before wearing, but the day or evening before. Linen blended with rayon/viscose can be a better choice, it wrinkles less and is almost as cool and just as breathable as 100% linen. I iron my linens well, then try to forget about the creasing when wearing, everyone knows this is just what linen does. If it’s really hot, linen is the only option. Hope this helps, friend🙂
Absolutely love these looks! You did an amazing job and although we are going into Winter here these looks will be perfect for next September in Australia. Love your style and it can be adjusted to all ages.
I'm so glad you addressed wearing beige. Unfortunately, for many of us beige/tan/camel make us look washed out. I have pale skin and dark hair so my best colors are red, navy, pink, purple. Almost all your suggestions have some shade of brown. Could you do more videos with crisp cool colors? Thank you!!!! Love your chanel!
I would love to find out something more about the white ruffled dress from the minute 4:55 of the video:-) I was trying to find it - but without the success - is it possible for you to tell me what the brand/ shop is this? Thank you! I love your content - you are my newest discovery :-) Best regards from Oslo, Norway :-)
I purchased an off white/ navy stripped summer weight sweater. Want to wear white jeans with it but most are too white. Suggestions please. Also want to wear a medium grey off the shoulder jumpsuit to a garden party. Suggestions for color of sandal heels please. Not black.
I don’t suppose anyone knows the maker or name of the bag in the last several still shots? I’m trying to find a chocolate brown bag. The right shade and style is like looking for a unicorn.
I am 5' 4" (when with moussed hair). There is no way I would look good in this blazer on the 5' 10" model is wearing. It's hangs well below the hip. When I do that I look like a toadstool. A cubby gnome. I have 3 blazers that hang just at the hip, but of course they don't look 'elegant' but casual.
I like your videos because you stay true to classic styles however, I wish you would incorporate florals for spring and summer. The colorful dresses you showed were nice and classic, but every thing else was blah. There were no exciting Color accents to the outfits. Spring and summer is the time time for colors and florals.
I love all of these looks but those two-tones Chanel like shoes are simply a no for me. I just think they're unattractive and everybody is wearing them. It's kind of like a few years back when everybody was wearing the Chanel belt. I got so sick of watching videos where every influencer had the belt. I guess I tend to go my own way with some styles but I always love your videos 😊❤️❤️🌺
I’m so with you on those uggo clunky flat huge strap “sandals”. They’re not pretty or feminine at all. Would never wear. Why is that even a look? It ruins the whole outfit. Unless you’re very very young I guess 😊
Anything that is not leather nor anything that harm3d animals is great once is classic, well taylored, and trendy nicely fit looks good. All that bs dosens of bags and unpractical shoes that distroys your feet and lower back, trousars lenght that cleans the floor, copyimg celebs, etc is a bit of bs and nonsense.

I agree with you, that's why I love her channel, and she also has such a calm voice and always speaks on point.
Thank you once again for these videos that remind me to make outfits from what I already have instead of shopping for more unnecessary items.
You simply have the very best style and classic items each and every time!
Loves this video and all the garments Gemma everythings you showed I liked keep the videos coming.thanks for showing
WHY don't models SMILE! It would make them look so much better!
You look so amazing in skirts and dresses that come to your knee because you have fabulous legs and you need to show them off! I still think that you look best in skinny jeans! This was really good… I’m always so grateful for your videos!

I’m 70 and live in Massachusetts. I think they are fine with a blazer. A classic look is wonderful at any age.
You will look fabulous !!!
I agree with Tina. Wear the blazer and jeans Fiona you’ll look fabulous

Camel doesn’t go too well with my complexion but I still wear it.

I love the looks but would the beige colour be ok for a blonde with fair complexion.
Absolutely love these looks! You did an amazing job and although we are going into Winter here these looks will be perfect for next September in Australia. Love your style and it can be adjusted to all ages.

The red dress on you was so flattering. It made you look 20 years younger! Beautiful shape on you!
What size Teddy Blake are your bags? I have an 11” but am thinking about getting a bigger one.
