The thing is that although most muslims are normal, we (kufar) are afraid that since Muhammad is the *timeless* morally best man and a perfect role model, then a few bad muslims could use excuses to do the today questionable things he has done, taken out of authentic hadiths. Kuffar view morality according to natural interpersonal morality, muslims do according to what God told them. And we rather reject the whole thing (Islam) with a few bad apples in it (marriage to Aisha, Muhammad's warmongering as a religious leader) than accept it, because our moral rules are less harsh in today's standards.

They just go back to their Christian Eco chamber and listen to a Christian teach them about Islam even though they can read, write, or even speak or pronounce a word in Arabic.
All these arguments have been answered by of scholars, people of knowledge, and even daees.
They need to keep their religion afloat even though its going negative by the millions every year.
They don't want the answer from the Muslims. This is an artificial argument made 50 years ago where no one had a problem before then and it has already been answered.
The people still asking this either have a mental deficiency or they are enemies of Islam who are also mentally deficient.
As for people who have a functioning brain they can understand the answer because they are mature and understand the basic fundamentals of the world.

@@Sikyu-ye4nsyou already got refuted by another person in this comments section (name is Akhi Umar). Christians Jews believe Isaac was 40 when Rebecca was 3. Unlike the prophets marriage this is completely immoral and evil. Unlike Rebecca, Aisha was physically and psychologically mature at time of consumption. Most Christian scholars believe Mary was 12 when Joseph was 90. Not justifiable once again. Christians and Jews love to deflect and falsely accuse others of the problems that they actually have, and they try to brush it under the carpet as there is no justification. Christianity and Judaism are false, corrupted, illogical religions. Islam is the truth. In Ancient Greco-Roman culture girls of all ages would be tied up in a market and bidding of the women to old men that were rich would happen against their will from the most attractive to the least attractive. In 1899 the age of sexual consent in some American jurisdictions was 9 years. It has ranged from 7 to 21 years and at present the range is from 11 to 18 years. Condemn your ancestors and your religion, if you aren’t a hypocrite. Either way the Prophets marriage was perfectly moral due to some reasons I have given here and due to the reasons in the video, and due to want another commenter “Akhi Umar” replied to you in this comments section.

    • @Akhi_Umar
      @Akhi_Umar День назад +17

The marriage between Muhammad ﷺ and aisha was consummated after aisha had menstruated, which at that time was the appropriate age of marriage. If you come from a Christian background, this argument really doesn’t back you up.
-Early Christian scholar, Tertullian said in his book, The unveiling of virgins:
"And accordingly, among Israel, it is unlawful to deliver one to a husband EXCEPT AFTER THE ATTESTATION BY BLOOD OF HER MATURITY."
-Origen, who was only condemned for heresy centuries later for something that has nothing to do with this topic and up until his call for heresy he was highly regarded amongst people in the early church, said in Homily 6:
"And I came to you, and I saw you, and behold! [it was] your time, and the time of lodgers." What is the [meaning of the phrase "your time"? It indicates the time of adolescence-at which now, because of their age, they are able to commit fornication."
The life expectancy during this period was thirty years old, this was due to poor dietary, harsh working conditions, wars, diseases and famine. Which means the average life of a human would be extremely short. Adulthood would start much quicker then it would now. The life expectancy today is seventy years old, do the math. This was the situation of the most advanced nations of the time, such as the Rome. So what on earth could we possibly expect from Bedouin Arabians inhabiting the deserts?
All seven children of Muhammad ﷺ, died either as infants, or did not pass the age of thirty. So the rationality behind maximising fertility was really something nobody could argue against, considering the likelihood of young women not living long enough to see their first child reach maturity.
the Prophet’s marriage to Aisha was appropriate considering the circumstances of life in ancient Arabia. Their marriage was not based upon lust or abuse, but rather upon their shared spiritual mission to deliver the teachings of Islam to humanity.
Colin Turner of the University of Durham Middle East Studies department explains the context of the Prophet’s marriage:
A marriage between an older man and a young girl was customary among the Bedouins, as it still is in many societies across the world today. It was not unheard of in Muhammad’s time for boys and girls to be promised to each other in marriage almost as soon as they were born, particularly if the union was of direct political significance to the families concerned. However, such marriages were almost certainly not consummated until both parties had entered adulthood, which Arabs in the 7th century tended to reach at an earlier age than Westerners today. It is highly unlikely that Muhammad would have taken Aisha into his bed until she was at least in her early teens, which was wholly in keeping with the customs of the day, and in context not in the least improper.
Source: Turner, Colin. Islam: the basics, Routledge 2006, p. 34-35.
      Likewise, Karen Armstrong writes:
There was no impropriety in Muhammad’s betrothal to Aisha. Marriages conducted in absentia to seal an alliance were often contracted at this time between adults and minors who were even younger than Aisha. This practice continued in Europe well into the early modern period. There was no question of consummating the marriage until Aisha reached puberty, when she would be married off like any other girl.
Source: Armstrong, Karen. Muhammad: a prophet for our time, Harper Collins 2006, p. 105.
Addendum, it's quite odd that not one individual during the time of Muhammad ﷺ or even after, said anything to criticise this marriage. Muhammad ﷺ had a copious amount of enemies during his life who insulted him, oppressed him, boycotted him, killed his companions, slandered him etc, yet astonishingly, not one of them mocked the marriage Up until the 21st century, this marriage was never ridiculed.
Aisha was engaged even beforehand to another man, Jubayr Ibn Mutim (who was non Muslim during this period). Which means she was even younger then when Muhammad ﷺ married her.
This was applicable and appropriate for ancient times. You’re expecting ancient people to live by the same modern standards that you live by based upon the 21st century. This is presentism.
