Her choice and it's not lying. Everybody lies all the time, they just don't realize it. however, that being said, her challenge now is to not be affected by negative comments and reactions. Because some of the negative reactions could affect her belief and expectations negatively. She could have just recorded it for herself for fun, and it still could help her.. remember, the universe does not differentiate if you are imagining it or if it really happened. because that imagination is also real and reality. it's just not yet manifested in the physical form. And also, you don't need to tell the universe "hey, this is my intention." you do it for yourself. otherwise, your higher self and universe are always aware of your intentions and desires moment by moment. i wish you the best.

I know that I know, I'm going to win this Powerball Jackpot...I just know, dreams & visions and all.
Im not even a lottery player, but since the end of August to even now, I keep hearing & dreaming of winning the Powerball Jackpot and I keep seeing these 6 numbers.
So, I'm following what I know what the universe is bringing to me, even to the point writing down EVERYTHING.
Even when it comes to points of running low on gas and not having the money, I'll have a dream that'll tell me to play only 3 numbers and do a power play... I'll do it, and then boom $21-$100 cause those 3 out of 6 numbers was right.
I originally felt as if I was going crazy, but the dreams and visions happen everyday and I write it down. I've told coworkers "No one's winning tomorrow but 2x people in GA will win $1mil" and I'll be 100% right on that drawing night.
My coworkers, family & friends have all said "you seem different, you're glowing". My own brother randomly had a dream about me winning the lottery and called me telling me this and forcefully telling me "weren't not gonna ask for anything, I saw you happy, helping and fulfilling your dreams" (I've ONLY told 2 coworkers about my dreams and visions and no one else.
My own mother is shocked to see me play the lottery when I take her grocery shopping, because I don't play the lottery.
But things are different, I feel it, I know it...its as if I'm living both in the present as well as the future.
The last thing I dreamed was "Gain wisdom & knowledge of finances and to grow what will be given to you".
The next day I saw 2 ravens randomly furing the storm, that kept following my vehicle, finally I threw them a day old donut that I don't even know why I bought (cause I don't like sweets), and an image of the Norse God Odin flashed into my head, so I googled Odin...and I saw his two ravens: Wisdom & Knowledge...and my cop friend gave me a book "The Richest Man in Babylon", because he said "I can see you're gonna be very wealthy soon...but you may not know how to remain wealthy. I was given this book later in life, I've now given my son who is just a few years younger than you this book and now give it to you as well", this was unprompted and the look of shock on my face. That book has become akin to a daily bible to me.
I'm writing this because I've literally gone through ALL the emotions of winning (excitement, shock, realization, winners guilt, random depression and now acceptance). I'm putting this out into the universe.
I know the Powerball Jackpot is mine, waiting for me until I'm actually ready and PREPARED to receive it.
You'll be interviewing me within a year. The Powerball Jackpot is mine!

I under The Law of Assumption and what Elle was doing for herself by putting it out there as if she had manifested already. But, I agree that the moment you go public, it can appear deceitful to those who are looking for hope.
