Nice selection of pickups Paul and agreed shopping to a budget helps (£5/£10 CEX challenges can be good fun). We visited Morecambe beachfront during Easter this year and I remember looking through the window of Lees Games (didn't have time to browse inside as was with family) and I was impressed at the variety of retro titles. Cheers.
@@pixelpaul_pxp Indeed it wasn't as windy when we visited, fairly sunny so you could see across the bay. I also remember seeing a decent sized retro games stall in the indoor market, short distance from the seafront. Cheers again.
Thx mate, love your channel too! Zool is like one of those defining early 90s platformers for me, I know console gamers weren't as keen on it back then, but I think now you can just appreciate it that little bit more!
@@pixelpaul_pxp thanks! Absolutely, my brother found it boxed on the Gameboy out a charity shop. That versions pricey! Seen it on sale on steam for £1-2 but I just want that physical copy 😂 keep it up with the videos!
Great grabs Paul I love the Bond games. TND is a great game. Always loved the machine gun sound effect. Only one level that frustrates me lol. It's the penultimate with the helicopter. Can be a total nightmare. 007 Legends is definitely the weakest of the generation. Not a patch on bloodstone, quantum or Goldeneye unfortunately. I've never managed to beat it. Always get stuck fighting odd job.
Thx mate! I'll keep tgat in mind when I eventually play TND, and funnily enough I picked up Legends yesterday! I know it's not great though, but will give it a go!
@@pixelpaul_pxp Yeah it's worth owning Legends Paul. It's a shame as it's a nice looking game. Feels very call of duty though. I will try again one day. I've beaten all the othe Bond games of that gen many times.
Always great to see you Paul 😊
Thx Andy, nice to see you again!
£2 megadrive games! That’s crazy. Another great video Paul. Keep up the grind
Thx mate!

Hope you had better weather than we did! That being said, it did give me an excuse to take my time and have a good browse in the shop!

Brilliant, I'm going there today
Ahh, I wish I was!
Pretty crazy to think I've driven past Lee's Games probably thousands of times and never been in 😅
Haha, you should visit! I could spend hours in there lol
This shop looks next level
It is, proper old school, like I remember from the 90s lol. Not blessed with loads of game shops in the North West so we're lucky to have this!
@@pixelpaul_pxp it’s terrible in Nottingham, all we have is 2 CeX
Great pick ups, just stumbled across your channel there. Dropping a sub! Zool is one I'm actively looking for but want to find in person

@@TechTucker will do, thx mate, appreciate that 👍
SOS is a fun, odd game! It has some sequels and on switch called Disaster Report 4 (which is the name of the series in Japan)
Yeah, remember the Disaster Report name, hadn't realised there were sequels on Switch, will check out! Thx!
@@pixelpaul_pxp yeah if you like SOS I think you’ll dig em. Great videos btw, been enjoying following your collecting journey :)
