loved it! Can you do more face workout routines? Other creators focus on massages but I really loved that you do exercises. I'd love if you did a video on horizontal forehead wrinkles.

how long does it take to see results?
It depends on the person. If done consistently, changes can take between a couple weeks and a few months- similar to results from working out the body ☺️❤️

I've been doing face yoga for 3 weeks, about 5-6 times per week, and I can see slight results on my face. They aren't dramatic changes, but I can feel my face getting stronger and jawline being more defined.
