    Naysayers: Have you tried it? Good yoga teachers address Fascia in the body as it's important for circulation, vitality & flexibility. Thin, white connective tissue all over our body that needs massage, especially as we age!

      I realized that in the atlhete world a lot of people are talking about fascia and pain, this video made sense to me, I correlate everything she said with the things I heard about releasing the fascia tissue. I gave it a try to the exercizes bc iam menopausal and notice that one side of my face is coming down, my right eyebrow and the right corner of my mouth, I tend to to frunce my right inner brow, maybe at the end it all comes to disstress that tissue. Sorry for my english I just wanted to participate.

    The best way to do lymphatic drainage is to do a health bounce on a rebounder. Lots of videos on RUclips about this. Facial massage and exercise also tones your face.

    • @baccibee1
      @baccibee1 9 месяцев назад +8

      As a retired lymphoedema specialist nurse I can say that manual lymphatic drainage( MLD) for your swelling can help a lot , along with a compression sleeve and exercises and skincare . Each area of the body will have different drainage pathways . Private MLD practitioners should have appropriate qualifications , get regular training updates and be registered.
      If you do not have access to a lymphoedema specialist contact your g.p . Simple lymphatic drainage exercises can be easily learned . Wishing you good health , take care x

    This is absolutely ridiculous. It reminds me of women’s magazines in the 1970’s saying to use toothpaste on pimples and to apply lotion with a pinky finger under the eye to prevent wrinkles. Anti aging advice from a girl who looks 17 and has no signs of any aging because she’s just out of high school, when I’m in my late 50’s isn’t very relatable.

    Love you for fashion advice but a massage cannot and will NEVER replace a facelift, change the shape of your face or stimulate collagen. EVER. I really value when people who have a large platform ensure that what they say is scientifically validated or just leave it alone altogether if they're not qualified, ya know?

    • @ana-pi6ut

      There are literally facialists who show how you can have a natural face lift through daily facial exercises. Just as we can tone the body through regular exercise, we can also tone the face.

      For sure, some faces require a stronger intervention and skin removal through a facelift. HOWEVER, I am 46 and I’ve been doing this for two months and I have to admit that my eyelids have been lifted up. they don’t sag anymore. I really believed it was useless at first sight.
