The old Name that Tune is infinitely better than the Name that Tune that’s on now (April 19, 2022). People could name tunes with ONE NOTE back then! Sorry Jim Lange passed away. He was such a great host.
We used to watch this show as a family and we’d all try to guess. It was fun to be with mom and dad and playing along. That’s when people did things together.

Tune Topics still creeps me out with the D1-G-D2-C / C-minor chord.
...but hearing the song while John Harlan describes the $6,408 (1984) piano and the 1985 Pontiac Fiero makes up for it.

That’s some great chemistry between Lange and the judge. It’s always great to see.

I wonder if she had given “With Cat-Like Tread” (the source of the tune, from The Pirates of Penzance) for the final song, would that have counted as correct?

Hello I am looking for a lost song of the 1960s, the song sings a man. ¿Can someone please help me? The lyrics of the song says: I want I want to be free... La la la la la, la la la la, la la la la la la

I wouldn't be able to name any of these tunes of course it's only the 1st 3 minutes in the video ill keep trying 😅 hey i got my 1st tune When you wish upon a star. 😊 and now i can tell the difference between the new name that tune was playing more of the songs than this version were they don't play the whole tunes and they had to really know their music in order to be able to play nevermind compete to win. This was actually better in my opinion idk a lot of these songs except for it's still fun watching this episode 😊maybe ill watch more who knows i might find some new tunes 😊 2nd its off to work we go snow white .
