It's a recognizable staple of Burbank and its a restaurant with a long, impactful history. In this episode of Look At This!, Desmond Shaw is taking a look at Bob's Big Boy.
I used to work outside, so instead of eating out almost everyday at a Fast Food Restaurant I would eat at Bob's Big Boy on Friday, it was nice to just sit down in a restaurant and not eat in my truck.
Always love going to the car hop!! Have been going since I was a little kid and my family have also been going since the 50s-60s and beyond! Their food has kind of fallen off in recent years sadly to me, but the car hop and Big Boy is absolutely all iconic Los Angeles and hope that they can make great changes in the future
The waiter told me it is a different booth for the Beatles. They put the plaque there in the front room because everyone tried to steal it when it was in the back.
Yes on beach blvd, my sister and her friends rented one of my moms houses in Fullerton and the college boys stole the the bigboy fiberglass figure and I saw it in her garage, needless to say I was shocked
