Sam Burrows It takes a lot of time, but thank you,I personally did play in this orchestra you see on screen before you and it's a journey am thankful for with many more years to come.6th grade orchestra was awesome and 7th I come to see is just the same.
I bet half of the people watching this are looking for real life examples that aren’t played by experts for their next concert. I’m one of those people.
I’m in sixth grade and are next concert we’re playing this and I’m super excited about it. (Btw my RUclips account is old so thats why my acc is so cringe)
@@socks6953 I'm glad that you're excited!! I've continued with my instrument since my comment and the people that you meet playing are super nice and accepting, I hope that you continue. It's a worthwhile experience and I wouldn't trade the world. 😎✌️
That is SUCH a big orchestra! I played this in my orchestra and we only have 15 people 😂😂 Two cello, two voila and the rest violin. Great job on the dynamics by the way! it sounded great!
Dammmnnn. This orchestra is huge whereas mine is the smallest fine arts group in the school. This orchestra also handles dynamics and intonation so well! They're so together too! Awesome job 👏🏼
That orchestra is big for sixth grade. When I was in sixth grade, we only had about 16 people in class. Two viola, six cello (me included) and the rest violin. The next year when we learned this song it dropped to like nine people in class. I can’t believe it’s such a big orchestra
Im in 6th grade and today I was suppose to play this and Medieval kings for my orchestra concert but the concert was canceled because of bad weather ☹️
Nice, im a violin player and I played that song in December or January I think it was in January when I played it in Annapolis high with my friends .😱😄😅😍🙃💕
Hello! :) My name is Terry Shade and I am the author of String Basics, a method published by Neil. A. Kjos. My co-author and I, Jeremy Woolstenhulme, love coming across people who are involved in the orchestral community! Your group sounds INCREDIBLE! May I ask what method you are using to teach? Please feel free to check out String Basics...After, I would love to discuss what you thought!
My teacher: "9h my gosh you guys! 6th grade orchestras should not be playing this right now! This is like 7th or 8th grade music! No other school can play this." The middle school dragonhunter orchestra videos I find:
Currently learning this song as a 6th grader, my concert is in 11 days, and I’m playing as first violin 😍((We’re not ready)) the hardest part is definitely the pizzicato part. It’s such a fast part, and my friends definitely speed up doing it as well and have trouble with the dynamics. And once we jump back from the coda, we speed up as well. And I’m sitting there trying to keep up lol
Dats a big orchestra. The cool part is that there are so many people - and they can play together!
It's even bigger this year!😄
Sam Burrows It takes a lot of time, but thank you,I personally did play in this orchestra you see on screen before you and it's a journey am thankful for with many more years to come.6th grade orchestra was awesome and 7th I come to see is just the same.

Awesome job 👏🏼

amazing orchestra! you are blessed to have a teacher like him. my son just played tonight. he is in 8th grade and yours is waaaaaay much better!!!!
tempo is a bit slower than its supposed to be and piano waaay to soft, but otherwise sounds great with a HUGE orchestra staying together
Oh the tempo is like this. When you learn it they always teach slower.
Yes it is quite slow-

Our top orchestra group played this two years ago. Now we got harder pieces.
Reminds me of my 8th grade orchestra, we have 6 bass, 47 cello, 8 violas lol, and about 90 violins
47 cellos? There's only 6 in my class including me 😭
My sixth grade orchestra did this and i felt like a proud mom moment
Ps im in art/choir

The middle school dragonhunter orchestra videos I find:
in my entire grade there's only 4 cellos and I'm one of them and it was scary seeing so many cellos lol
I played this in my first year orchestra and I 3rd grade :)
Imagine how long it took to tune all of them instrument!
That is a big orchestra.
Love it but the pitch is off during the pizzicato and coundn't hear my viola gang
Welcome to Tamriel.
wow theres so much people we only have 3 cellos (including me), 1 bass, 5 violas, the rest violins
Most of these PEOPEL are showing other PEOPEL what it’s supposed to sound like “that’s me while I’m playing it soon:D”
um 6th grade?! I play viola I’m in 6th grade and this is 8th grade music in my school. I am learning it but these guys did really well congrats!
what 😭8th graders at ur school play grade 1 music??
Pizz sounded really good and together in the middle there, a little soft at times but I liked this whole thing
In seventh grade I played this
I love orchestra but my new school doesn’t have music🙃
Oh goodness
Damn, I gotta learn this at school and I am in 6th, so... YOLO.
I go to performing arts school and we don't even have that many kids in instrumentals with 6th and 7th grade😂
very good but the pizzicato should be louder
One time I played this in my school orchestra and I messed up on the bowing and I was over her doing an up bow while they were doing a down boy 🤦♀️
Totally hear you on that! Happens to all of us at some point. :-)
Thats a lot of people we literally only have like 3 double bass 5 cellos 2 violas and the rest violins😭
That’s ok! Music is music! Stick with it and keep playing always! ❤️
🎻violins🎻
A Panda that’s a cello emoji
It has a shoulder rest.
Teach told us to find the diffrence between us and you guys for a concert we're having soon.

My class is no basses 4 cellos 7 violas and the rest are volins
They played pretty good
6th graders?😭 I’m
I’m 8th grade my teacher just handed me the score
I am in orchestra and it is easy
I don't think this is a 6th grade orchestra
why are all saying that's big do yall go to school in the deserts BYE AJBDKCDKLDM.FDS
My director told us to space the notes out to make it sound more interesting and more like a dragon hunt , but I like the legato.
Not to be rude or anything but we played this in 5th grade and much faster but all in all this was great :)
Tbh our orchestra is bigger
Beautiful! Well done students and conductor. Well done! ❤️
