That's really interesting. Thank you, Jen. Her dominant color is obviously cool, and it looks like from your analysis that the secondary is light. She may not have a strong soft or bright but sit somewhere in the middle.
Definitely agree with your color analysis, although for me, it feels like the light colors are a tiny bit too light. In a perfect world, I think she would be best in slightly softer, deeper color. Just a wee bit of a nudge towards softer and deeper.
I have the same colouring (BCL) and discovered that any cool tints suit me best rather than saturated colours. Great video Jen
My coloring too. Very interesting. Thank you.
You’re welcome 😊
I just had my hair dyed this color - :)
Lucky she has it natural
I too have the same hair colouring and blue eyes but my skin tone is more like the original photo so now I am a little confused. However, I enjoyed the video very much and agree with your analysis. I think the colours are a little bright for me. Maybe I tend towards the soft and cool I still love navy and grey though!
Please do white grey hair with light hazel eyes. I used to be auburn! Always had trouble with my hair color so am enjoying the new white hair. I've acquired a few hair pieces and seem to match the whiter pieces (but there's still salt and pepper) I used to be winter colors, but now am tending toward summer colors. I do love a terracotta though. Should I avoid it?
You would really benefit from my book Great with Gray. This addresses all of your questions and more. yourcolorstyle.com/pages/color-analysis-books
I think you nailed it.
She really looks great in all the cool colors you showed - but I think you nailed her best shades :)
thanks!
Great video very informative thank you
Glad it was helpful!
Yes!! Happy Dance in Michigan! First the skin tone wheel on Instagram and now a person that looks like me!!! Thank you Jen! I knew if I followed long enough someone would look like me.❤️
Incredibly helpful.
Glad it was helpful!
I would have liked to have seen a contrast between teal and the blue and a more lime green with another green and maybe cream against white.
This was great! Thank you
You're so welcome!
Where is neutral? I have blue/ gray eyes, dark blonde gray hair but I am neutral but I lean away from cool that washes me out. I look best in creams, taupes, browns, yellows, oranges, darker though.
Very helpful. Thank you :)
So glad!
Thank you :)
Hey. Could you do a video on how you tetermine when you should edit thw picture and how you do it? Thank you!
Hi, that type of content is for my Certification students. :-)
@@YourColorStyle Thank you for answering! Can you get this knowledge(certificate) on your website?
@@merci_beautè yes! Just select Consultants
The 'cool' pinks and greens seem too warm. Too much yellow. But I enjoyed the analysis
Ja mam biale włosy niebieskie oczy
I think the warm colour yellow suits her better.
I was so interested that you made the adjustment for lighting. I always look very warm in photos - in real life I appear more cool and never thought that an online analysis would work because of this. Thanks for making it clear that it would…. also to the client for sharing her images.
Dominant color code, that is.
Pink is NOT a cool color - Cool colors are blue, and green, and combinations - Red yellow, orange, and pink are warm - You need to look at a color wheel
Clearly you’ve never seen a blue based pink… look at cool pink blushes vs warm pink blushes.
