The pretense (it is solely that) stigma is a socio-political technique whereby one or more aspects of a society diminishes one or more other aspects of a society. Stigma is when one is taught to see someone else as less.
I comprehensively agree with you. Stigma can come from several sources, such as personal, social, media, stereotypes and beliefs. At times it can come from the mental health condition itself, which may cause a person to act outside what is considered the social or cultural norm. A lack of awareness, education, perception, and a fear of people with mental illness can all lead to increased stigma.
@@SureshBadaMath You are doing invaluable work. A thousand respects to you sir. From you our life is bright, hope, light. You are Kotigobba for us.🙏🙏🙏🙏
Excellent Sir, according to me you are more than a institution about mental health, but I have some questions related to clinical area, can help me to get answers.
Sir if you are Mentally ill or have a history of Psychiatric Treatment ,Police doesn't register your Complaint if you are assaulted and even Police is not a competent authority to decide on mental illness people cured still face the stigma of being mentally ill. If mentally ill can't get help that's why later they resort to attacking people in their defence and inhuman treatment. Rampant misuse of Private Psychiatrist Prescription.😮
I completely agree with you Hence, under Mental Healthcare Act, 2017 any rights violation can be complained to 1) Sec 101 to police 2) Mental Health Review Board 3) Sec 27 Free legal aid 4) RPWD act for violating disabled residents rights

One can argue there are those taught and teaching stigma. Arguing that it is therefore so makes no sense.@@SureshBadaMath

Extrapolating from " I believe there is a stigma" to "It is therefor so" is a bit of a jump.
