Beautiful house and surroundings, but the fact that you can spit and hit your neighbor’s house is crazy. This would be a fair asking price if the neighborhood wasn’t so cramped. Unless I’m missing something maybe this town is close to a really popular national park? Great video though
Thank you! The homes aren't as close as you think in person and because of the views, the area that it is in, the size of the home, and all it's unique features, they are able to put it at that price point. All good points though!
