I respect sumo wrestling. These guys spend time maintaining their physical forms and improving techniques and while people think they're just fat, they have serious muscle. Getting tackled by one of these dudes at full force is the same as getting hit by a truck lol
Totally. They have to dedicate there lives to it. It's also estimated that the force of there collisions can reach upwards of two tons. So yeah very much like getting hit bye a truck.

Sumos are muscular athletes covered in a suit of fat armor. Sumos don't have much intermuscular fat which is the stuff that gives you heart disease and other nasty stuff.
Indeed, you can't push with just muscle only you gotta have weight as well. Have you notice the difference between body builders and weight lifters? Body builderes have great and refined bodies but wight lifters are just big dudes with no abs but has biceps so huge it can squish someone

Not only was Byamba a sumo wrestler but he also participated in Mongolian wrestling (Mongolia was his country of birth), judo, and sambo. He also appeared as a figure skating sumo in a GEICO commercial. Unfortunately back in February 2020, he passed away from acute respiratory failure at age 35. The world just isn't the same without this legend
I remember him receiving a massage from Joe in the massage chair 😂 I didn't know he had died though! So sad...

A lot of people laugh at 3:47 bcz he "tapped the booty". That was literally the best place to shove him, as Yama lost his balance, his left leg was in the air and he was slightly bent forward. His left cheek was the best place to push in order to force him out of the ring.
Whether the "amateur" figured this fact out in the heat of the moment, it's unclear. In the end, maybe he just wanted to feel the jiggle.

I love how Yama doesn't have to try with the first few people. Really does show his strength. Everyone there is puny and insignificant to his strength. 😂 Though that one dude near the end that spun around and pushed him out was awesome. I wouldn't mind seeing those two tussle it out some more. He's very respectable as well.
Well, the guy at the end did say he actually studied MMA, and if you look at his physique, he's the only one of the "normal" people who you can tell actually has muscle bulk to them. He still wasn't able to match Yama in terms of sheer strength and momentum, but Yama made one mistake which was that he overbalanced. The other guy was also off-balance but he recovered faster and was able to push Yama while he was still off-balance. What I really respect him for though is how he immediately admits that he doesn't know if what he did was actually allowed under sumo rules (I don't know either), so he was willing to admit defeat right away if he had performed an illegal move.
