If I were to respond I'd ask them with, "Does that mean pedophile and bestiality are okay since there is no harm done?"
Most common rebuttal would be 'consent'. So, this is where I'd push further by asking, who legislated the consent law and on what basis [i.e. why is there a consent law to begin with]

Why does the line have to be drawn to "harm to othets" why cant the line be drawn when it is to owns self.look at the suicide rate , depression , abuse and STDS in relation to transgenders and those that have gender dismorphia due to simply things like parents letting there boys wear heels when they were younger. That's the difference between today's secular thought and islam , today they don't care what happens to you as long as you don't harm others but islam is so perfect it draws the line where the thing may harm you.
