Along with your training, your college will provide you with training to complete your clinical hours and exposure as well.
If your circumstances are to do a part-time job along with your course, you can go for it, but preparing for aiims before even completing your graduation and academics is something which is not recommendable and advisable as of now because currently ur in 2 year. Rest is your insight.

Saving the money is not related to your savings.....it is related to your own sense of control. Where you stay and how much you spend on your own stuff and other activities. This place gives you a lot of opportunities to spent your all money😊😊 but again you're the one who has to set the priorities and likewise you can save well
