Never really followed Christian's career like some other fitness youtubers, but seeing this is a madness. Like oddly proud to see a young man find his thing and run with it, leading to such a massive project.
I started watching Bart in 2013 after I got back from my first deployment and I haven't looked back. I still watch every BB and Bart Kwan video that drops.
I fucking love it the whole vibe and shit. It feels like you can hang all day and workout for hrs and not just go and get your workout in iin an hr and get out like other gyms.
holy shit, the gym is really next level. being a houston native, the only problem is the location - with houston being so spread out compared to other major cities, the only downside i see is it targets the population within the bubble of southwest houston from 610 and outwards to mo city. ofc the outskirts will have the land for sale cheaper and ofc you'll have the diehard fans, but everyone knows it takes at least 30-45 to drive to mo city JUST from the southern half of houston, without traffic. next step is to keep an eye on real estate for gym v2, within the westside of the 610 loop and then man, that'll be the real deal. keep going man, shit's inspiring to see for the gymrats
Same, saw the location and it hard to attract people. Missouri city and only sugarland folks will able to get to. If someone wanted to work out after work and they are near the loop. It be a 1.5hr round trip for them to get here
@@Vhk1088 not even man. The main age demographics of Sugarland in general is families with kids.. Over 80-90% of sugarland are people that I don't see going to that gym.. ie under 18 or over 40+.. Only group i can see going there is college kids still living at home in Sugarland and going to UH.. The only thing i can see them making bank on is merch..
I first met Bart when barbell brigade first opened and he doesn’t care if you were a beginner or a pro, he cheered me on at BB when I hit only 3 plates. You’re tha man!
Great tour - this gym and this vid are really inspiring. Would love to see a gym like this in Sydney, Australia. Really liked the interview style and questions being asked as well. Very open and honest vibe.
Dude this place is amazing!! I would be a lifetime member. Definitely get some vendors in there and make it almost like a strip mall with all health and wellness vendors/ physical Therapists/the whole nine yards.
So many rooms. Do they all get cleaned properly at the end of the day? Just curious. It'll also be nice to have rooms dancers can rent for the day or big enough to do acrobatics in. Cater to all kinds of sports you know?
nah barbell brigade and alphaland (never heard of but i freaking love now, i wanna go) we need some collabs. the vibe and aesthetic is strong, not something u see with gyms often. bb and alphaland have strong brands. bb need better designs for clothing lol but dominate humbly is a dope phrase.
True, put "being a successful influencer aside" he comes from a wealthy family. I think most viewers are unaware of this. Or, maybe it's all from his success.
holy crap. innovative as hell, this is a marketing all-in-one solution for brands. barbell brigade but took up the marketing side of the business by x1000
2 years ago I watched the Gymshark Lifting club and I was like dang that Gym is crazy, then two years later Alphaland enters the chat: I was like Gymshark seems small
Amazing gym but I honestly think it needs a little bit more gym because the 3 gyms together probably only equal to like 1/5 of that actual facility if not less and one of them isn’t even in the same building but it’s a good thing they have plenty of room to expand. That Binous gym in Dubai that Larry Wheels and Andrew Jacked workout at is probably a much smaller structure but it looks like it has a little more gym to it than this Alphaland gym. With that being said, I can’t imagine how cool it would feel to own a Gym and company like that. It’s the best gym I’ve ever seen.
That gym is full of old 1980s cybex equipment!! Literally the cheapest stuff you can pick up on the used gym equipment market. For the amount of space and on an overhyped opening he has very few members working out. There is no way he stays in business for more than 3 years.
Enough space to do an entire school campus that could both teach and provide the services of sports medicine, physical therapy, nutrition, chiropractors and even acupuncture. Could become a one stop shop for all things health and wellness.
dope gym. but yo i just dont understand how the gym itself could be in profit, i know mans has youtube and clothing brand too, but the gyms itself are hard to profit.
Bart doesn’t get the credit he deserves He’s really a pioneer. Only the OG’s in fitness know what he has done
What has he done?
@@thomascheung7087 ur mom

My thoughts exactly 😳

LOL
😂😂😂😂
Best tour video I've seen of an actual tour of Alphaland. Most are a few minutes long with a few highlights here and there. OG Barbell Brigade !
To see the growth of these two over the last decade has been insane. Ya love to see the success come there way! True OGs of RUclips fitness!
What a tour, what a great walkthrough by the two coolest dudes, paving the way.
This is so inspiring!
Make that other building into a aquatic area with swimming pools, olympic lap pools, hot tubs, sauna, steam room. That would be dope af.
that would be a crazy amount of $$ to maintain but yesss
@@cristianfaison8238 shit it's already a ton to maintain $$ wise might as well go ahead anddo it lol
@@cristianfaison8238 with the membership price its crazy that he doesnt have one.... gym is dope but lifetime fitness offers way more for the $
This is so crazy, props to him. I’ve only ever been to the old alphalete gym, no idea he had turned it into this 🤯
Never really followed Christian's career like some other fitness youtubers, but seeing this is a madness. Like oddly proud to see a young man find his thing and run with it, leading to such a massive project.
I love that no one quits their grind, I grew up on jk I’m from Houston. Aspiring artist love it all !!
Christian is like the Bruce Wayne of the fitness world 😂
Nah that’s kinobody💀
God damn this guy has come far. I remember when he was still starting out and he was collabing with Chris Jones back in P.O.G days.
I started watching Bart in 2013 after I got back from my first deployment and I haven't looked back. I still watch every BB and Bart Kwan video that drops.
16:10 Bart got cake. And the camera man knew exactly what he was doing 🤣🤣
hahaha xD true
That gym is dope tho. Must feel very exclusive being at this gym
So much achievement…inspiring atmosphere…💥💥💥🚀🚀🚀💪🏽🤙🏼

This whole thing reminds me of designing my theme parks in rollercoaster tycoon! It'll be a dream to go here one day 😁
Nice to see yall together
The Fitness community, well this one haha, is lovely. Glad that through out a decade of fitness these guys are still connected.
Wow gym is amazing!! Wish it was filmed better, didn’t do it justice
i remember watching christian guzman videos back then. crazy how far he has come.

Hope Christian recover from that Lat spread sindrome 🙏🏻
CG out of breath before he reaches the entrance bc he’s flex walking the entire time the camera is on him 😆

Christian’s lats gotta be exhausted after this vid
Does guzman have spikes under hos arms

It's amazing Aphaland survived the pandemic...I really didn't think it would
@34:00 Nice Nadeem, gotta get the fishies LOL
Time to get these all over the US, especially to us less fortunate to not have a good gym within 100 miles

The walk into the gym is hilarious lol. It looks like there in the Wild West walking with gun holsters lol
22:38 Bart is like David So with Tim Chantarangsu on SEND FOODZ. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 If you know what I'm talking about.
barbell brigade needs a store in there
yo thats an epic gym!!! i would totally get a membership there if I lived in America
Alphaland looks like a play ground for adults and I love it! Would love to visit the gym some day!!

Guzman is a bad ass. Inspiring for the Hispanic family. Humble and hard working dude. #ChickenQuesadillas ftw
Whenever I’m in Houston I def gotta visit
You can tell when someone is being interviewed and when someone is talking to a friend. This was an awesome video
Man Christian looks like he’s got some neck problems. Man needs to get into a chiropractor stat
Them traps are constricting his movements 😂
