Cynthia’s Lolo was the bomb!!! Took a photo under the pier (after I jumped into the water from the deep end). Loved it and can’t wait to go back.
Riselle you have done it again and of course this time you highlighted my favorite place in the world! Thank you for transporting me to the beach the lolos the shops and restaurants I always have as a must go when we come to the island. I could smell the crepes as you left the parking lot and then the lolos and the Lobster thermidor at Bistrot Caraïbes as you moved down the street. I could almost feel and smell the sweet air of the beach and felt my toes in the sand. I can't wait to share this with my wife and kiddos we all so love Grand Case as I know you do as well this is definitely a Vidéo fantastique!

I just want to say, that I love your videos and watch them religiously for months before spending our one cruise port day on the island last week. I'm excited to say I literally followed in your footsteps in Grand Case. We're visited Maison Chocolat, ate at Cynthia's talk of the Town, visited the beach and took iconic pictures under the Pier, and the colorful steps. My husband and I fell in love with the French side and now we are planning to return for longer visit with our family!

Thank you for this tour. Your vids have such great info! We love staying on the French side but at Orient and have ventured for lunch/dinner out to Grand Case many times. Such amazing food!! And we love the LOLOs. You are so right about the Heavenly smells from the LOLOs. It draws you in like the Pied Piper. Lunch at the LOLOs is one of those sweet memories of our favorite Island. (As an aside, the Island is so green!! You guys must have had some great rain thank goodness. It was so dry back in June.)
I wanted to do a video about Orient as well but everything closed yesterday for the month of September so I’ll do one when everything reopens in October.
Yes, we’ve been having a lot of rain lately which is great for the island and the little animals up in the hills.

Excellent video! I absolutely love Grand Case. I stayed at the Love Hotel which is now my favorite hotel on the island ❤
I LOVE Love. One of my best staycations were at Love Hotel and my 40th at the Love Residence. The Love hotel unfortunately is no longer there and I miss it dearly but at least we still have the Residence.

Loved this! Made me miss the place so much. Whenever we land, as soon as we get our car, my husband insists we go straight to the lolos 😂. He has a mental inventory of which dish is best at which one but we often end up at Rib Shack. Sexy Fruits is my favorite shop and a day chair rental from Rainbow Cafe is a good decision! However, we’re gonna hit Captain Frenchy’s next time because the food looked more our style…That Ti Punch is serious but I’m a lightweight so my opinion is suspect. We’ve been all over the island and the water at Grand Case just seems the most beautiful to me! I highly recommend Tijon. If you haven’t gotten a spa treatment at Nzuri yet - you must go!! So sad that Frontier cut their route to SXM…ruined our plan to be back in November but we’ll be back next year ❤️

We are on a cruise Sept. 19. Trying to decide between taking a guided tour (with 2 hour stop in Grand Case), but not sure if that will be enough time to explore, enjoy the famous cuisine as well as the beach.
@@nickirmen358 I have taken cruise guests on island tours before and we always had enough time. Most guides are experts and know to get you back to the ship with plenty of time to spare.
@@TheTravelingIslandGirl makes sense. My question is not having enough time over the span of a day. Rather, the tour we were considering slots 90-120 minutes in Grand Case. I am wondering if that is truly long enough to be able to enjoy the beach, have a bite to eat and explore the area, or if we should instead try and use taxis to explore on our own. Of course we do want to make a couple other stops, but Grand Case is top of mind.

Is there any beach in Grand Case area that you could just walk down to the water with your own snorkel gear and swim? Thank you in advance!

Is it possible to go to your favorite hotel (the one where you visit the bartender at the end) for a drink/day even if not staying there? I'm trying to decide where to stay for a week in St. Martin and Grand Case definitely looks like a great choice!
Hi Lisa. Unfortunately it isn't. I wish it was. I highly recommend Grand Case but if you want to stay closer to the night life you should think of staying somewhere in Simpson bay or Maho.

Yes, there are drivers available outside of the port. You can also book a tour with me 😉 so you have the best driver 😆

There is no water taxi to Grand Case. There is no water taxi period. Unless it’s the one from the cruise port to Philipsburg as far as I know.
