I can relive my happy days moving into our first House watching your tour of your new home( “vicariously “ ) we also bought a mobile home that we lived in for 20 some years ! A mobile home is a good home ,make no mistake about that ! When you are not in the middle or the top of the “Heap” it’s a good choice ! So happy for you and your Lovely family ! And you and. I've been watching this beautiful family for a long time. I don't comment much but I did wanna tell you I'm so proud of you guys! You guys made a good choice on that home, I can tell It was built very well. Also you will be glad your washer & dryer Is outside because of the Florida heat. Such a beautiful young family, I'm so so happy for you and your husband. God Bless....

I watch other youtubers and feel like my house is a shack and wish we bought a bigger house.
This reminded me that size doesn’t matter and as long as love is in the home that’s all that matters. My husband and kids are happy and healthy in our home‼️
Wow, that is so beautiful! The laundry room has some great storage too! I like how the yard is fenced and such a cool patio to ride trikes, place an eating area out there and stuff. What a blessing, you guys so deserve it! New appliances, icing on the cake! Congrats! Actually you are so talented I definitely can't wait to see the cool ideas you come up with in organizing and decorating!

I think people put too much emphasis on going big. People assume because your income increases everything else has to increase as well. Not true! My husband and I both have professional jobs, are very frugal, and adore our 1400 square foot cape cod. It is the house we are raising our babies in and the simplicity of it brings us so much joy. Congratulations on your new home!! ❤️
I love your house and remember there's nothing wrong with a small house I have one myself, eventually the kids will grow up and then itll be you and ur husband. That is plenty enough space!

I am so happy for you guys. I know what a thrill it is to finally get the keys and then your home. Maybe a little office in the other section of the living room and in the laundry room you could put up lots of shelves for and table for your diy's that you do. I love a small home it makes for a closer family and also you are not spending your life cleaning rooms you never use.

I am so glad for you all. We just bought the very same washer and dryer a few weeks ago. Ours finally bit the dust after about 22 years. They seem to be a good buy. They give me clean clothes and didn’t cost very much.
Girl it is so pretty, and so clean. I would put the back of the couch toward the kitchen, and that would separate the kitchen from the living room. I would also put all the beds on the outside wall which would give you the rest of the walls to sit your dressers and Chest, or whatever against. This is only a suggestion, but I do believe you would have more room that way. Also later on, you could build a huge living room onto it and enclose the wall separating the living room and kitchen and have a huge bedroom. There are so many options you have there. I am so so glad this worked out for you guys. You deserve it. What a Christmas gift. That guy really did right by you guys. So glad you got all new appliances. Can’t wait to see it after you get all your stuff set up and decorated.
Congrats on new home and being homeowners. I bought my first home in 2009 and I was so excited. Even though its is in great condition, you could still call it fixer upper cause YOU have to make it your OWN with fixing it up. Enjoy your new home.

Karrie Congratulations on your new home. You will decorate it to be so pretty. Just can't wait. Carrie my husband and I bought our first home and started a family. We had 2 sons, our house was a little over 1300 sq. feet. We were proud of our home and it was what we could afford. It enabled me to stay home with our boys until they were a teenager. Later when my husband retired we moved to this home. We never over obligated ourselves like so many people do. So be proud of your home and never worry what anyone else has. Enjoy your home and your family.

Congratulations on your new home!! I remember being that excited 12 years ago next month when we got our brand new forever home. Mine is cape cod style. My walls were white so I had a blank canvas and it made my head spin. We painted the trendy Behr colors then but have since painted again. You know how much a good can of paint can do for a home!
