I've ordered this device and it works as advertised.
Using it to multibox in an MMORPG game.
I don't care that much about mouse right now but I've verified it works.
I also have a special keyboard (Ultimate Hacking Keyboard) which is not using a standard USB HID profile and it is not supported by the device but that was clearly noted in the specification and it was expected.
Masterkeys Pro keyboards from CoolerMaster are ones I've tested with this splitter and they are supported - even the macros which are most important for me.
Ordering another one as writing this comment.
