PSY does two parts outside the chorus. The part after Snoop when he is in the bath house and the part when G-dragon is in the karaoke room.

Ahhhhhhh!!! The opening song. Yassss. Wow total fangirl moment, sorry.
I rewatch Hangover about 5 times to see if there was anything I missed, it looks like PSY was swimming in 7UP. Also PSY is singing the chorus and verses besides Snoop rapping, so Jay Burnz can't say PSY had his time in the MV. Also the lady who was looking at him was like "I want what they are drinking". I can't believe that CL and GD made their cameo appearance. Jay was like "Dat Ass" when he saw those hotties dancing and twerking. It does look like PSY was drinking ramen. I don't know if it was PSY or Snoop who threw that spoon that started that fight right before the MV ended. When Snoop just randomly rose up from the bathroom he was like "The party ain't over". PSY looks like the Korean Bruce Lee when he wore that jumpsuit, also at the end when everyone was going ballistic when Snoop and PSY left that shop they are still continuing the Street Fighter fights until everything just burns down.
I think PSY was swimming in green tea or something. Seems like something that would be very rich to do, and it might be considered good for your skin.
