Yes! This fightscene really capture the weight, the heavyness of the tanks and how they fly in the air and land. Specially when the tank shoot at him when he fell down having the tank tower in his hands. Love the physics here!
In age of Ultron Hulk was able to jump into the air high enough to catch up to the floating Sokovia with Black WIdow on his back. They were basically at cruising altitude at that point so the modern MCU didnt forget about it. Also the time in Ragnarok where he jumped the ENTIRE length of the rainbow bridge to fight Surtr because, "big monster"
Maybe only at his full rage at the end where he unleashed something that looked like a tiny gamma ray burst. But before that his best scaling is at Town level while Thanos is Large Country level. This hulk was not angry primal brute who wants to destroy stuff. This hulk just needed to be alone. You can see he was not enraged when they blasted those mountains on his head. This is the comic accurate movie....it really felt like turning the pages of comics .....❤❤❤❤ So emotionally connected and nostalgia overloaded...
I admit, the pacing of this movie is a bit odd, but geez, it has impressive cgi physics and nature composition photography decisions. As well as tasty sound-design.
Yes! This fightscene really capture the weight, the heavyness of the tanks and how they fly in the air and land. Specially when the tank shoot at him when he fell down having the tank tower in his hands. Love the physics here!
This is the greatest hulk movie. And hulk period
Yup
I’m convinced that if they would have made a “World War Hulk” movie with this hulk he would’ve done serious damage to half of the Marvel Universe
Not only that he will pull the predator and take spine of from mcu hulk
God this movie was really ahead of its time
This hulk's jump distance is insane todays hulk's cannot jump even 10℅ of thi hulk
Fr people sleep on his super jump
In age of Ultron Hulk was able to jump into the air high enough to catch up to the floating Sokovia with Black WIdow on his back. They were basically at cruising altitude at that point so the modern MCU didnt forget about it. Also the time in Ragnarok where he jumped the ENTIRE length of the rainbow bridge to fight Surtr because, "big monster"
1:45 not gonna lie These soldiers have the best aim ever 💀
i never know why people criticize this Hulk. This is the right amount of green. The new Hulk looks yellow
Universal is cooking 😤
This version of Hulk will destroy MCU Thanos in seconds.
Maybe only at his full rage at the end where he unleashed something that looked like a tiny gamma ray burst.
But before that his best scaling is at Town level while Thanos is Large Country level.
He might revert to Bruce before he unleashes his true power like he did when his father became a giant bubble
@@newhybrid101 Thanos isn't country level,lol.. Not even close.. He's mountain level at best because the gauntlet was channeling enough energy to light up a continent(4 gigatons) had him struggling.. He also got impaled by someone who can't survive 50,000K without Teenager Groot... He also got rocked by lightning a couple of times, which is only 1.2 gigawatts.. He was engaged in hand to hand combat with Steve and Tony, and the latter made him bleed from a blunt force hit... Assuming that Tony is anywhere near Bana Hulk's punches, and his armor is made of tungsten(142,000 psi), Hulk's skin is 10 times stronger than kevlar(525,000psi), which means his punches will kill Thanos... Hulk fought his dad who was made of 22 gigawatts, which is a town buster(not town level), with 600,000 kelvin of raw heat, for 17 seconds and it did nothing at all.. I haven't even included his dad's country busting feat of absorbing the ambient energy, and the planet busting one of overloading him with gamma power
This Hulk would have swallowed that Power Stone and turned into a Purple Hulk, before punching Thanos back into his own ship at just sub light speed.
Fact
@@Adino1 That imagery from you was perfect description of how it might've gone done. Lol.
I’m ALWAYS rooting for Hulk
The camera angles are on point in that movie, such a lost art. Each angle taken for fights have a clear purpose, not just random shots with shaking for drama.
Moments such as 0:50 with the tanks in the distance and the reveal of what was shooting him all along, 1:11 when he runs towards the tanks, 1:27 so that we feel the strength of the throw and angle that stays until the tank his the sand, 1:59 sick tank shot angle, we can feel the power
2:16 for some reason, him hitting the tank like this cracks me up! 😂😂
2023 hulk can't even stop the jeep
*2008. 2012 Hulk stopped a Leviathan.
Have u seen she hulk? He can't stop the jeep in the first episode@@АртурАртуров-ф4ю
Hulk destroyed 4 tanks and 4 helicopters and not one soldier died. 😀
He also saved guy in a plane to keep he from hitting the bridge, the Hulk maybe a monster, but he's got a soft spot.
This hulk was not angry primal brute who wants to destroy stuff. This hulk just needed to be alone. You can see he was not enraged when they blasted those mountains on his head. He infact purposefully went there to hide from them. I think that narrative caused them to not show any casualty caused by him.
PG-13 rating
Which proves what idiots the military brass are.
Hulk purposely went to lengths to protect lives.
This was supposed to be old school comics Hulk. He won't kill because Bruce Banner isn't a killer.
This movie gets too much hate. It wasn't bad.
@@koldfire7253But not killing people is oart of Hulk's character...
I prefer this hulk
Hands down THE absolute strongest and most powerful version of the Hulk ever put to screen. This Hulk would have just ripped Thanos's head off.
Agreed
Yeah hopefully universal will make a new stand alone hulk movie with this hulk again I’d love to see it
@@therookie5714 l absolutely hate and despise both Mark Ruffalo, who just comes across as a totally unserious and asinine Bruce Banner, and RuffaHulk, who is just a big stupid cowardly goofball, and especially Smart/Professor RuffaHulk, which is nothing but a huge horrible joke and a giant middle finger to true Hulk fans.
@@frank3508yeah exactly, universal needs to make a stand alone hulk movie that has this hulk instead imo
I like this Hulk better than Ruffalo's version, but I still like Ed Norton's Hulk the best. Out of curiosity, why do you like this version the best?
00:20 So Tony Stark stole the blueprint of the *Jericho Missiles* from Ang Lee.....
No, this is supposed to be a representation of a fuel air bomb, or a thermobaric bomb. It's just that the gas cloud igniting happens so fast you don't typically see that part of it
@@sacr3 The first one is thermobaric. The second one is cluster. He's referring to the cluster bomb
We want this Hulk back 🎉🎉🎉
Love this Film it's completely underrated
This hulk would have definitely beat Thanos. He would have just gotten angry, bigger, and stronger, until he was too strong for Thanos to handle.
This hulk would've destroyed Thanos
Never seen this movie but now I gotta see it. This rules
Oh please do!!
This and the 2008 The Incredible Hulk portrayed the true nature of Hulk.
this is best hulk. Others are joke.
I don’t care what anyone says, this is the best Hulk movie, period lmao
And still a childhood Nostalgic
Ah, the good old days
0:12 looking back at 2003 Hulk clips, I never noticed how they did not forget that Hulk's regenerarion surpasses Wolverine's, and they showed that here.
Regeneration*

This is the most accurate version of Hulk. He is bigger and greener.
This Hulk would have dog walked Thanos
The strongest Hulk live action
Easily
This hulk was so much better than the avengers style hulk
Now this is the greenest Hulk we have ever seen in movies 💚
This movie and The Incredible Hulk 2008 is by far the Best Versions of Hulk👏👏💚💚👍👍
Watching this movie in theaters solidified my fandom of Marvel.
Eric Bana hulk would always clear the floor with the Rufalo one, this is the hulk version we need
just imagine how awesome it must feel to be able to travel freely like that, in giant leaps! (ofc without being chased)
She Hulk writers only wish it could be this good
i prefer this hulk instead.
True showcase of hulks unbound strength! The rest are imposters.
Ang Lee's Hulk is awesome 😎
This is so random but this was the first movie I ever saw on DVD. I remember my dad picking me up from school and letting me open it. It felt so special to me. I remember thinking this was the future.
I don't care what others say about the movie, the film has some excellent CGI and ages very well
One of my favorite movies of all time
People hate on the first Hulk movie. I admit that the CGI was not great, but consider the state of the art back then. And I agree that it ran long. Could have been shortened maybe 25-30%.
But this movie deserved more credit. The plot, casting, and (for the most part) acting were excellent. As a comic book fan since I was 6, the use of dramatic comic book conventions to set up scenes and frame transitions was brilliant. AFAIK, it was the first movie to feature that approach, and I loved it.
Gonna watch it again tonight. 👍
I wonder if this hulk took place in tobey spider man universe
In the Spiderman2 Novelization it did duiring the car throwing scene
@@gammabeast5551wait wdym?
This is earth-400083, Raimi's is earth-96283.. It would've been dope for them to team up, but they're too OP, lol
@@gammabeast5551 I didn't know that, coz they're from different universes.. They were going to make an Avengers movie, but the lack of 'success' in the box office for this movie made those plans get scraped, which confuses me to date

An absolute MASTERPIECE
Insanely early 😊
Underappreciated film.❤
2:15 every man at one point in his life, completely understands this feeling.
That helicopter battle scene was peak, they don't make gripping action scenes like that anymore.
I wanted to be the hulk so bad as a kid😂
Some kids picked spiderman
Some kids picked superman
Some kids picked batman
I picked the hulk
Come to find out, as an adult i have anger issues 😂
Funny how life turns out
Oh yeah? Well i picked Spiderman and im broke, so... Wait...
This over She-Hulk any day. Now this vs The Incredible Hulk (2008)? Oof, that's a tough one, both are legendary 🔥🔥
I remember when I was a kid, I would make a tiny human with my hand by extending my pointer and middle finger and pretend it was hulk and jump from furniture to furniture like shown in 3:48
Same 😁😁😁
OG HULK 🥵🔥🔥
Imagine if the avengers had THIS hulk. 7:35 Hulk running full speed like this is just scary. Loki's lucky he had a more toned down Movie Hulk, than a comic hulk, to deal with. 😂😂
Was not expecting a 4k re-upload of this scene in 2024, fucking awesome.
Such clear image
They must be coming out with a 4K dvd or maybe universal has plans for hulk
4k video but ultra compressed low res sound..
4:36 neon green hulk with that vine boom

I was too young for this Hulk movie. I'm glad Ang Lee is getting recognition for what he did here.
They did a good job making those tanks really feel heavy and light at the same time
This really showed hulk’s abilities. How he can jump miles, his healing factor and more.
