For those who think they can do so, great. If folks have a removal order, voluntary departure, fraud/misrepresentation, criminal record, and previous immigration filings, they should hire a lawyer. If folks aren't certain about how to make a winning argument that PIP should be given to them, they should hire a lawyer. If folks have any concerns about lack of evidence, they should hire a lawyer.

I am active duty military. My wife and I are expecting a baby this week, also we have been married since 14March2024. Her and my step children did not enter the US with a visa, but released on their own recognizance. Should I fill out the I130 and I1485???

My husband is a citizen and wife a permanant resident and have adopted child overseas. And filled since one year now.
Immigrants with a removal and permanent bar, the parole in place doesn't apply. Pretty sad

Question i had a 601 a application in 2012 and uscis aproved but visa denied it he had appointment in Juarez and after he was denied he come back into America in 2013 and been here since then could he be approved ive been married 14 yrs
He did get caught crossing back in twice after that and was sent back would that consider a permanent bar after he was denied
If someone has removal order but had an I130 aprove since 2012..that person divorce and have an I 360 approve but still denied cancelation of removal..Do that person can participate in this program PiP?
Your biggest problem is if the court said you have to be deported you have to go and deal with that which you'll probably need a lawyer for. And yes you have to take care of that. So motion up your case and see if you can get that deportation order canceled. If you can get a lawyer use a lawyer. Especially if you can find one you can afford or they're reasonably priced. Good luck. The court case is completely separate from those forms. You got to get your forms all approved so you can get a green card or LPR status. Plus you have to make sure that the court hasn't entered a deportation order against you

I lost my work permit, is it possible for me to file again despite my pending I 485 status. Although, I have been denied once before on a I 485.

See what they said about your problem with the 485. And yes, correct the problem and file again. Get a lawyer if you can afford it and they might be able to resubmit a better package. And of course yes keep on applying for your work permit if you're working in the US

Who come on b1 b2 and never go back to their home country but citizens parent file I 130 and now get welcome letter from nvc so question is they can adjust status here without going to abroad for interview
If you listen to what she said the parole in place is going is only going to pertain to those people who have been in the US for 10 years. So currently no but hopefully they will change that

If you entered the country legally, you don't need parole in place. It's only for people who entered the country illegally that they send you back to your home country for an interview. So you didn't need it in the first place

There are some interesting cases on that issue. One woman got away with it because she was in a motor voter state and the lady at the desk told her to sign up to register to vote and go ahead and vote even though it was just a clerk at the DMV and the court sided with the immigrant woman and she won. But other cases not so much
