I really love the concept of aging coffee, especially natural process coffee. I have a 3 year aged coffee and would love to give it another 10 years. :) Very nice video. I would love to visit the shop!
This video was shot on the trip that really opened my eyes to the possibilities of aged coffees. Master Sekiguchi has been an inspiration to me and I encourage you to explore the potentials of aged coffees. Thanks for watching!
That’s really interesting. Specialty coffee starts losing its freshness after a couple weeks of not being stored correctly due to exposure to oxygen, but if the coffee owner is that meticulous about everything he does, I would love to try out the shop’s coffee. This was a really informative video!

Glad you liked the video. It is my favorite coffee shop anywhere. Coffee is roasted on a daily basis, so it's always fresh.
This is so inspiring, thanks for sharing the experience.
To this day, L'Ambre is my favorite cafe anywhere. Glad you enjoyed the video!

Thanks! So glad you enjoyed the video!
30 year old green coffee must taste awful 😰
Based on what many people propose, it's natural to think that. However, the reality is a bit more surprising!
@@onocoffee what do you mean by that?
@@milyonaryotv3841 Meaning that it's easy to presume that coffee of a certain age is of a certain "quality level." However, that's just supposition.
