I love love love your flips! You keep it simple, you’re neighbor friendly and your videos are nicely put together! Quiet and relaxing! I’m from Ohio.💜

Ohhhhh, this piece is so pretty.
When i got the notification of your video, i thought... i hope she is doing some decoupage or transfer! Hahaha such a pleasant surprise.😂😂

Your wish is my command! Funny, but I bought the transfers and set them aside. And then weeks later I bought the oopsie paint at Home Depot as I always do. It's just a coincidence that they went together!

I don’t understand why you take it down to the bare wood if you’re going to paint. Would love to see some of your thought process/methods. I have a dresser I’m dying to paint but see so many conflicting approaches. I gather there’s not ONE right way so am trying to understand when to go down to bare wood and when a scuff sand is okay.

I like to go to bare wood to see what's beneath. That way I can evaluate if I want to do a more natural finish, even if it's just the top. Going nearly bare wood also gives you a good starting point for paint.

Ну что же, подождём пока кто-то ценящий дерево доберётся до этого шкафа снова. Я ждала, что ему вернут его винтажный вид, а не перекрасят, как шкафчик из Икеи

Do you lightly sand between poly coats over the transfers?

Sorry for the delayed answer ... No, I don't sand between coats over the transfers.
