Street testing the Grumpy Vega on 28-10.5’s. Nothing goes right!

- Our initial plan was to hit the back side of the track with Real Street Revolution Saturday. When weather foiled that plan, we decided to test the small tires at 52 Dragway Sunday… We made it 10 minutes out of Charleston before the truck blew a coolant line. So after fixing the tow rig, Sam and I decided to drive 32 hours to Mexico to do some street testing.

The M/T is no good on bad surfaces, the mickeys doesn’t wrinkle enough. The Hoosiers c07 are the best on bare surfaces, streets & back side races. And loosen the shocks all the way up
Yeah I’d like to get some C07s but I stole these from my brother so they were free.99 lol
i used to run co7's for the street and goodyear d5 on the track

I agree but we were both getting frustrated so filming wasn’t on her mind lol.
Anytime you have trouble close to me call if possible I'll do what's needed to help. You'll get it lined out maybe to much power for 28s,

Nice car man check out my uncles mustang on channel. He quit running it about 10 years ago. We had it running 560s. We’re from up Smithers

@@MountainStateRacing not much he starts it some. We used to go to nc and Kevin Mullins would tune it. He bought it new I think maybe 20k miles is what it has and will never sale it.
